Each dimension has certain sets of laws and principles that are specific to the frequency of that dimension. "Consciousness" represents awareness. The inhabitants of each dimension function clearly, easily, and with a minimum of resistance within that plane because their consciousness vibrates in resonance with the frequency of that dimension. "Multidimensional Consciousness" is the ability to be "conscious" of more than one dimension. To be multidimensional in our consciousness we must remember that we have within us the potential to expand our perceptual awareness to the dimensions above and below our physical plane. "Unconscious" means unaware of and unable to attend to internal and/or external stimuli within the inhabitants' own dimension or within another dimension. Third dimensional humans are largely unaware of their first dimensional, second dimensional, and fourth dimensional selves. The human unconscious is best accessed through physical body messages, introspection, dreams, and meditation. "Conscious" means aware of and able to attend to stimuli within the inhabitants' own dimension. The third dimensional self is conscious of what can be perceived by the five physical senses of sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. "Superconscious" is a higher order of consciousness of the fifth dimension and above in which the inhabitants are able to be aware of and attend stimuli of their own dimension as well as all the lower dimensions. The superconscious is innately multidimensional. The third dimensional self can become "conscious" of the superconscious through meditation, prayer, and by surrendering to the enfoldment of the higher order consciousness. Dimensional Consciousness FIRST DIMENSIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS First dimensional consciousness is awareness as a point. The consciousness that resonates to this dimension is the Mineral Kingdom. Current third dimensional science has not proven that minerals have any awareness as we recognize it, but healers and shaman have been using crystals as healing tools for many centuries. Humans' first dimensional consciousness is "unconscious" to our five physical senses. However, the first dimension is a portion of our bodies and represents the minerals, water, and genetic codes that are the foundation of our physical forms. If we could access this level of our unconscious, we could connect with the entire physical world via its most basic common denominator, the individual molecules. Perhaps we could even consciously access our own genetic coding. I feel myself upon the first step of my consciousness. I am of the first dimension. I am an atom of carbon, a drop of water, and an imprint upon a strand of DNA. However, I cannot perceive the strand or the other molecules of water and carbon. I am only conscious of my exact point of my awareness. However, as I look inside myself, I find that another world exists, a world of electrons, protons, nuclei, and quarks. I am the gateway between the macrocosm and the microcosm. SECOND DIMENSIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS Second dimensional consciousness is awareness as point and line. The consciousness that resonates to this dimension is biological matter such as the Plant Kingdom and the lower Animal Kingdom. The consciousness of this dimension does not possess self-awareness. These beings are only conscious of their species' identity and their need for feeding, fighting, and procreation. Their consciousness is based upon survival of the fittest and they live solely within the awareness of the moment. Human second dimensional consciousness is centered in the lower brain, which directs the autonomic nervous system to regulate and maintain life support functions. Our five physical senses are largely unconscious of this component of ourselves, but with training such as biofeedback and meditations, some conscious awareness and control can be established. Yogis are known to achieve enough conscious control of their autonomic nervous system and can regulate their heartbeat and metabolism. "Primitive" peoples are much more aware of this "animal" portion of their physical form and, therefore, have conscious access to their basic instincts. and an awareness of how they are a portion of a greater whole. Unlike "civilized" man, they have a constant respect for all life and the balance of Nature. I feel myself now expand to my second dimensional consciousness. My task is simple. I must survive. I will protect myself and procreate in the proper season. I look neither forwards nor backwards, and I dwell only in the present. I am what I am and where I am. I neither plan nor reflect. I live to continue the existence of my species. If a human consciousness inhabits my form, I am not aware of it. My perceptions are confined to what I can eat, use, fight, mate with, or rear. However, my "herd" and I are one. Our instincts guide us, and we are a part of Nature. THIRD DIMENSIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS Third dimensional consciousness is awareness of point, line, length, breadth, height, and volume. The primary consciousness of this dimension is the higher Animal Kingdom and the Human Kingdom. The humanoid form is composed of all the elements of the first and second dimensional being, which are: water, minerals, genetic coding, and biological matter, as well as an individual soul. It is the individual Soul that distinguishes humans from the other members of the Animal Kingdom who mostly have a group Soul. The third dimension is locked in a time/space and cause/effect paradigm. This dimension is a schoolroom that our Souls attend by inhabiting humanoid physical bodies to learn more about creation. In the third dimension, life mirrors all that we are seeking to understand. Therefore, the process of creating via our thoughts and feelings is slowed down so that we can track the circumstances of what we hold in our consciousness. The third dimension is known as the conscious world. However, there are different stages of human consciousness aligned in a hierarchical manner that often coincide with our age and stage of life. FIRST STAGE OF LIFE In the first stage, we are children, and we are dependent on others for our survival. In this state of dependency we do not realize that our consciousness holds the seeds of the life we are creating. We believe that we are powerless over our environment and are victims to the circumstances of our lives. It is our goal to gain enough self-awareness as we mature beyond this child state so that we can become independent. SECOND STAGE OF LIFE In the Second Stage we are independent. This independence develops as we learn that we can control our own life. Through our choices and experiences, we gain trust in our ability to be responsible and we maintain our responsibility because we respect ourselves. This respect is based upon. our sense of personal power. Without a sense of personal power we are filled with fear which reduces us to "surviving". THIRD STAGE OF LIFE In the Third Stage we are dependable. This dependability develops as we gain enough trust and respect for ourselves that we can become responsible for others. Through positive experiences, we have learned that we definitely have an impact, not only on our own life, but also upon the lives of others. Because of our earned self-esteem, we feel confident that we are reliable. Unfortunately, people will take responsibility for other people's lives while they are still in the dependent stage or when they have not yet learned to be responsible even for themselves. These actions can create generation after generation of dysfunctional families. EXPANDING THIRD DIMENSIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS As humans we have the ability to remember the past and the future while remaining aware of the present. However, much of our true SELF becomes lost in our unconscious mind. This loss leaves us with a feeling of separation from the whole, a fear that we are limited in our ability to achieve our desires, and a belief that we have to “work hard” to accomplish our goals. Third dimensional society and "science" seek to prove that the only reality that exists is the one we perceive with our five physical senses and urges us to believe that our 3D perceptions of reality ARE the only reality. From this state of consciousness, spirit congeals into matter and our consciousness is limited to our ego. Hence, the need for the development of a strong sense of ego is often gained at the cost of losing our sense of group identity. This limitation is especially in especially predominant in the Western World where individual achievement and possessions often become the most important parts of our lives. Awareness of our Spiritual Self can only be remembered when we have expanded our consciousness to encompass the higher dimensions. Then we can release our dependency upon others and heal our sense of powerlessness and victimization. We then become independent in a new sense because we have realized that we and we alone, are creating our reality. We are, thereby, more dependable then ever because we are not waylaid from our promises and goals by our own "unconscious" self-sabotage. As we become more aware of the many aspects of our once forgotten self, our consciousness expands to encompass more that our ego and even more than our third dimensional reality. As we - Our Third Dimensional Consciousness - expands from: Individual Consciousness TO ~ Group Consciousness TO ~ Community Consciousness TO ~ National Consciousness TO ~ Collective Consciousness TO ~ Planetary Consciousness TO ~ Galactic Consciousness. As our consciousness expands, so does our definition of the world in which we live. I expand my consciousness to the next step. I am three-dimensional. I am aware of myself as an individual human, but still I struggle for survival. I need to feed myself, shelter myself, and cover my body. I wish to find a mate and create children. Is there more? Yes, there are feelings and thoughts. With my thoughts I remember my past. My feelings fill these memories with happiness, pain, love, or fear. With my thoughts I plan the future which I desire. But do I have the power to create my life or am I a victim to the world around me? FOURTH DIMENSIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS Fourth dimensional consciousness is awareness of point, length, breadth, height, volume, and time. The fourth dimension is also known as the Astral Plane, and the primary consciousness of this dimension is the Astral Body, which is also known as the "higher human." Because of the octave leap in vibration from third to fourth dimension the Astral Body is of a higher vibration known as etheric and fourth dimensional perception of past, present, and future is more fluid, as the laws of time and space change. On the fourth dimension, we can reintegrate our group identity without the loss of our personal ego, as it is the last vibration where physical vehicles are used to contain individual consciousness. However, because of the fluid nature of time and space our astral forms naturally morph. Hence, there is a huge mobility of form. It is the realm of the "shape shifters" of which mythology speaks. A shaman or holy person who can shape shift has learned to ground their astral form upon the third dimension so completely that they can temporarily change their third dimensional form. Much of our third dimensional life also exists upon the fourth dimension in a format of a higher vibration, but we are not aware of it because that reality is NOT in sync with our physical time and space. We can have a dream of an entire lifetime and wake up to find that only five minutes of our physical time has passed. Our astral reality, as well as our other physical incarnations, is not perceivable to our third dimensional self unless we have remembered our Multidimensional Consciousness. The fourth dimension is the realm which holds the awareness of our body's first and second dimensional components, as well as all our past experiences of this life and all other third dimensional lives. We can expand our third dimensional consciousness into the fourth dimension through gaining an awareness of the inner-workings of our physical body, remembering our dreams, and having intense experiences of passion, emotion, creativity, and/or spirituality. The Astral Plane is the realm of dream life. When we are "asleep", we are unconscious in the third dimension, but we are conscious in the fourth dimension. Our fourth dimensional Astral Body possesses advanced dreaming, imagination, psychic ability, intuition, magic, and creativity. As we expand our mind to frequency of the fourth dimension, we can experience more and more of these qualities while in our physical form. Some people are born with an innate connection to their fourth dimensional self and must "work" to ground their consciousness in a third dimensional world that often feels foreign and hostile. Others are born without this awakened connection, and they usually feel more comfortable and "at home" within the third dimensional paradigm. These people often feel cut off from the higher dimensional portions of themselves and may not even believe that "higher selves" even exist. However, our astral body does exist and its highest vibration is our Spiritual Guidance. Much like a person upon a mountaintop can observe and guide the residents of the valley below, our higher astral self can observe us upon the third dimension and give us guidance. Through the expanded perception of our fourth dimensional self we can create great changes in our physical world. However, the fourth dimension still has the polarization of light and dark, and this realm is not necessarily more loving, especially upon the lower sub-planes. Upon the fourth dimension, thought and feelings create reality much more quickly than upon the third dimension, and fear can create evil as easily as love can create beauty and joy. FOURTH DIMENSIONAL SUBPLANES There are different planes, which are increases in frequency, which we can access by expanding our conscious. The Lower Astral Plane holds the invisible emanations of all the fear and negativity that is projected into it from the physical plane. The Lower Astral has been known as Hell, with Purgatory being above that. Fourth dimensional consciousness feeds into and extends third dimensional emotions. Therefore, it is often known as the "realm of emotion". The Lower Astral, which holds the third dimension's negative emotions, is not a pleasant experience and a path must be forged through it into the higher sub-planes-such as Faerie. The Land of Faerie, which we read about as children in our "Fairy Tales", actually exists upon the middle fourth dimension. Faerie acts as respite after we have forged our pathway through the fear and darkness of the Lower Astral Plane. After we have experienced Faerie, we can travel in our fourth dimensional consciousness (or fourth dimensional bodies) into the Emotional Plane, also known as the Astral Plane, to learn about the master of our emotions. From there, we can travel up into the Mental Plane to learn mastery of our thoughts. In the Causal Plane, also known as the Higher Mental Plane, we can learn the cause and effect of how thoughts and feelings create our world. The Spiritual Plane connects us to the higher guidance of our I AM Presence. One of the maps (there are many maps) of the sub-planes of the fourth dimensions with the highest vibration on the top is: CAUSAL/SPIRITUAL - learn laws of cause and effect and Spiritual Guidance MENTAL - learn mastery over our thoughts ASTRAL/EMOTIONAL - learn mastery over emotions LAND OF FAERIE - overlaps emotional, mental, and causal plane LOWER ASTRAL - learn mastery over dark side - i.e. fear and negative emotions ETHERIC Interface between third and fourth dimension. The fourth dimension is like a stream that creates a bridge into the higher dimensions. The base of the bridge is where the physical and astral bodies overlap. This area is known as the Etheric Body. The Etheric Body is of a vibration between the third and fourth dimension. This body encompasses the physical body and extends beyond it a few inches. FOURTH DIMENSIONAL BODIES Each of the sub-planes of the fourth dimension has a correlate body, with every body resonating to a higher vibration than the latter. The Emotional Body, also known as the Astral Body, is higher in vibration than the etheric and physical bodies and extends beyond them. Overlaid on the lower frequency bodies is the Mental Body, which is also of higher vibration, and extends beyond the Emotional Body. Then the Causal Body, again another increase in vibration, overlays the other bodies and extends beyond the Mental Body. Finally, there is the Spiritual Body, the “I AM Presence,” which is the highest in vibration and extends beyond all the other bodies. The I AM Presence is the guardian to the Rainbow Bridge, which crosses over into the fifth dimension. All the fourth dimensional bodies exist over, under, around, and through the physical body, but they cannot be seen by our five physical senses. If we can perceive the fourth dimension consciously, we can expand our awareness enough to cross the Rainbow Bridge into our Superconscious Mind of the fifth dimension. We navigate out travel into and through the fourth dimension with our desires, thoughts, and emotions. A metaphor of this would be sailing the ocean. We are the boat, the ocean is the Astral Plane, the location we wish to reach is our desire, our thoughts are the sail and the steering, and the wind is our emotions. If our emotions are fearful and tumultuous we will have an uncomfortable ride. Even though our desire is for the higher planes of the fourth dimension, our personal imbalance will limit our entry to the Lower Astral Plane where fear, which is the lack of emotional balance, rules. If we wish to journey to the higher planes of the fourth dimension we must keep our thoughts harmonious and our feelings centered in the infinite balance of love. In that manner, eventually, we can experience all the planes of the fourth dimension. Then our I AM Presence can lead us across the Bridge into the fifth dimension and beyond. I step into the fourth dimension. I see my connection to all of life and to my third dimensional selves on the step below me. However, I still experience myself as an individual. My reality is very mutable now. Persons and places change quickly, but I am aware that it is my thoughts and feelings that dictate these experiences. My fearful thoughts create frightening situations, and my loving thoughts bring me happiness. If I follow my fear, I go down into a world of torment and sorrow. However, if I follow love, I see a Rainbow Bridge of Light. FIFTH DIMENSIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS Fifth dimensional consciousness is awareness of length, breadth, height, time, and spirit. All life upon the fifth dimension lives in the Unity Consciousness of Spirit, but there is still an experience of "I" as an individual member of the group. Linear time and space do not bind consciousness here, and there is NO illusion of separation or limitation. Instead, there is a constant experience of the Oneness of God/Goddess/All That Is. The primary consciousness of this dimension is androgynous, stellar beings living in Lightbodies. These Lightbodies are light based rather than our carbon based physical bodies. Our Lightbodies have the awareness of our lower selves without the physical limitations. These forms have no need for pain to learn their lessons. Therefore, they do not need the protection and warning signals of the physical body. Our fifth dimensional selves have integrated the lessons that their lower dimensional selves are learning through the experiences of "Schoolroom Earth," and do not need physical suffering to learn. All actions on this plane are based upon love because, just as a dead leaf cannot survive the higher vibration of a fire, fear cannot survive the higher vibration of the fifth dimension. If we were to experience fear while in the fifth dimension, our vibration would drop and our consciousness would instantly be lowered to the lower sub-planes of the fourth dimension. It is only within the consciousness of fifth dimensional Unconditional Love that we can maintain a conscious connection with our Spirit SELF. On the fifth dimension, experience, creation, and travel are created in harmony with the Divine Will of God/Goddess/All That Is. Every being, place, situation, or location that is desired becomes instantly manifest. If we do choose the experience of movement, it feels like a combination of flying and treading water. Our Lightbodies, like our fourth dimensional bodies, are mutable and can easily change form. Just as we can change our location or experience with our desire, we can also change the form of the "body" that surrounds our consciousness. The fifth dimension is the beginning of ascension. Hence, all consciousness there is naturally multidimensional. The awareness of the fourth and third dimension are as automatic as looking at our hands and feet. Since there is no sense of separation, we can experience our third and fourth dimensional realities within the same moment that we are experiencing our fifth dimensional Lightbody. Because there is no feeling of limitation, we can easily believe that we are "alive" and "conscious" within many different vibratory rates. Just as our third dimensional consciousness is aware that we are also made of the minerals, water, genetic codes, and biological matter of the first and second dimension, our fifth dimensional self is aware that we are also third and fourth dimensional beings. On the fifth dimension we live in, Unconditional Love Unconditional Forgiveness Unconditional Acceptance We hold no judgment, guilt, or negativity towards the "lower" portions of ourselves that are striving to remember our "Higher Selves". In fact, our fifth dimensional self serves as a guide to the lower aspects of our consciousness, as well as to others. There are also sub-planes of the fifth dimension, but awareness of, and therefore writings about, them are minimal. It has been my experience that there is a threshold upon which we wait for our Divine Complement. Our Divine Complement, also known as our Twin Flame, is the opposite polarity of our integrated male/female androgynous Lightbody that was split off from us when we took embodiment in the lower dimensions. I am upon the step of the fifth dimension and see that there are many steps above me. I am aware of and united with the portions of myself upon the lower steps, as well as my other fifth dimensional realities. Love and fear, beauty and ugliness, are only polarities of a single concept. I live in unity with the male and female expressions of my being. I have learned to Unconditionally Love, Unconditionally Accept, and Unconditionally Forgive all life and the portions of that life that I identify as myself. I have a sense of personal identity within the unity of All That Is. My thoughts and feelings are instantly manifested, and my body of Light lives forever in the NOW. Understanding Dimensions of Consciousness All five dimensions exist within, are a portion of, and emanate from, our third dimensional body. We are a vessel that we fill with our own multidimensional universe. As we become aware of the five dimensions of ourselves, we can become conscious of their relationship to each other. Then we can begin to understand how the many dimensions of ourselves integrate within our conscious, unconscious and superconscious awareness. (see below charts) Many ancient prophesies, current books, and other web sites speak of a great shift that our planet, in fact our entire galaxy, is about to undergo. These prophecies say that the third dimension is collapsing into the fourth and fifth dimension. As a metaphor, think of a travel cup with the smallest bottom section of the cup being the third dimension, the middle section of the cup being the fourth dimension, and the largest top section of the cup being the fifth dimension. If you were to partially collapse the cup, the bottom section (third dimension) would be surrounded by the middle (fourth dimension) with the top section (fifth dimension) just above it. However, if you were to completely collapse the cup you would see the bottom section (third dimension) surrounded first by the middle (fourth dimension) and then by the top section (fifth dimension). If these prophecies are correct, if we are collapsing into the higher dimensions of ourselves, How can we be conscious of this process? How can we help both our selves and others? Perhaps if we can each take personal responsibility for raising our own consciousness we can assist in raising the consciousness of our group, nation, planet, and galaxy. Could one person have that much power? Perhaps, as we raise our individual consciousness, we will realize that we are not "just one person." Regardless of whether or not we are moving into the next dimension, our third dimensional Earth is suffering from our disregard for Her body. We are running out of unpolluted "space" and running out of "time" to repair the damage we have done. If we don't raise our consciousness, if we remain "unconscious" of our physical destructive behavior and "unconscious" of how we create our world with our thoughts and feelings, we may not have a "Schoolroom Earth" for our higher dimensional selves to enter. We must awaken NOW. We must remember our true multidimensional nature so that our UNCONSCIOUS, CONSCIOUS, and SUPERCONSCIOUS selves can merge into the Multidimensional Consciousness that is our innate heritage and true foundation. We are a vessel of light, and our LIGHT is multidimensional! DIMENSIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS REVIEW Three Stages of Consciousness HUMANS ARE USUALLY CONSCIOUS OF... HUMANS ARE USUALLY UNCONSCIOUS OF... The surface of the pond is visible to our conscious self and we can interact with it by swimming, fishing, or wading. We have little awareness of what lies hidden at the bottom of the pond. Things of a higher vibration, such as a leaf or a feather, float on the surface of the pond, but things of a lower vibration, like a rock, sink to the bottom of the pond. However, even the feather and the leaf may eventually sink to the bottom of the pond over time. Our happy experiences and memories are of a higher vibration because they are filled with love and can float on the surface of our consciousness. On the other hand, our unhappy experiences and memories are of a lower vibration because they are filled with fear. These fearful memories and experiences sink to the bottom of the depths of our unconscious, our lower astral plane. Just as the bottom of a pond is murky and obscured so is our deepest unconscious. To clear our old feelings of fear, guilt and shame we must enter the water of our unconscious to rescue these portions of our psyche that are trapped there. THE SHADOW POND I turned to walk away, but with my very first step I knew that I must stay. If I could not see what was in the pond, maybe I would have to feel it. Maybe, I would have to actually enter the pond and feel its dark waters upon me. The thought of entering the murky water made me cringe. Should I keep my clothes on as some meager attempt at protection or should I enter the water as naked as the day I was born? I knew the answer. I must face the depths without any external protection. I must find my protection in the courage that it would take to enter the murky pond. Courage, which was deep within my core, would be my only protection to face the darkness and the secrets that it held. I shed my clothes quickly, before I lost my nerve, and jumped into the foreboding pond. I held my breath and immediately dove to the bottom. I navigated with my arms, as I was not quite ready to open my eyes. When I touched the bottom of the pond, I knew that I must open my eyes while I still had enough air in my lungs to remain at the bottom. A vision of muck and grime awaited my opening eyes. But what was that-just over there? Something golden was sparkling against the surrounding filth. Oh it must be rescued, I thought. It does not belong here. This golden thing is different from the dirt that surrounds it. I swam to the golden sparkle and wiped the mud from its surface. The dark mud hovered in the water, waiting to again cover the golden object. I reached for the treasure with the intention of bringing it to the surface, but found that it was held fast to the bottom of the pond. I pulled and pulled, but it did not budge. Finally, I stood on the silt-covered bottom to gather enough resistance to free the bit of gold. My toes squished into the sticky mud and my struggle filled the water with silt. I had to close my eyes to protect them and pulled upon the golden object while I pushed against the floor of the pond. Yet nothing worked and I was running out of oxygen. Would I have to abandon the treasure that lay hidden in the murky pond's depths? I stood still for a moment and released my hold on the golden object. It instantly sank back into the mire. Only a small portion of it glistened through the filthy water. With shame, I realized that I could not free the treasure. Then I remembered that it had been my intention to "feel" the water. Yes, now I felt it. It felt like shame, and guilt, and most of all, it felt like fear. The fear permeated every rock and every atom of the pond. No wonder that which was beautiful could not be freed. As I stopped my struggle, the mud that had filled the water began to settle-settle onto me. I felt it clawing at my skin reminding me of feelings that I had felt outside of the dark pond. NO! I must leave these depths and the feelings that they aroused in me. I could not save the treasure. I would have to leave it in the murky depths. Besides, I could hold my breath no longer. I must return to the surface. The thought of escape felt good and necessary. I swam to the surface with a mixture of relief and sadness, relief that I could free myself from the silt and sadness that I could not free the hidden treasure. My head bobbed above the surface of the pond and a cool rain rinsed the dirt off my face. I swam to the edge of the pond and pulled myself onto a rock. Standing, I allowed the gentle rain to cleanse my body. The feel of the fresh water upon my skin rejuvenated and calmed me. The mud of the pond was easily cleared, for it was never mine. I realized then that the filth of the pond was something that I had temporarily taken on, temporarily experienced. I looked at the pond again. It seemed clearer now. The mud that I had stirred up had again settled to the bottom. I remembered the bit of gold that was still trapped there. How could I free it? I would have to again enter the murky pond and swim down into its darkest depth. Could I remember my own purity, even when the mud clung to my form? Could I find the bit of gold hidden beneath the silt and bring it to the surface? "Yes," I cried to the sun that was breaking through the clouds. "I shall find what has been lost. That which has been buried and forgotten shall be found and returned. “Something of great value is lost in the depths of the darkness, and I must retrieve it." OUR NEW WORLD It is a New World that we walk into. This New World is filled with challenges that we can't yet imagine. We have told ourselves that if there were no fear and conflict that life would be easy. However, is it easy to learn how to hold the consciousness of a cloud? We have worn these earthen bodies for so many third dimensional lives that we have forgotten the myriad of forms that our consciousness can create to define and protect us. We have defined ourselves as human and learned to protect ourselves with battle and prayer. However, we could not protect ourselves from each other. We humans have always been our own greatest enemy. What will it be like when we are fifth dimensional and there are NO polarities, NO teachers, NO saviors, and NO enemies? How will it feel when we hold all polarities within our form? How will it feel when we are male and female, together in an androgynous Lightbody? If we can IMAGINE how it will feel, if we can REMEMBER how it has felt, it will hasten our transformation. However, in order to remember the feeling of our true multidimensional selves, we will also have to rewrite the old mental programs of limitation and separation. We created these programs during our many third dimensional lives. These programs will not allow us to believe that we deserve the light that has come into our bodies. Because we don’t believe we deserve the Light, we cannot use it to create the life that we truly DO desire. To release these old programs of fear and limitation, we will journey into our deep unconscious. We will enter the murky pool of repressed pain and fear, so that we can rescue those portions of ourselves that have become trapped there. Down we will go into our deepest unconscious, into our first and second dimensional bodies. We will journey into our humanoid animal and into our genetic coding. Then we will enter our lower astral self, which is the storehouse of our deepest hidden darkness. We will have the courage to travel there because we KNOW that we are NOT "just physical". We know that we are pure consciousness and the bodies that hold our consciousness are in need of repair. Mental programs and emotional beliefs were learned a long time ago when we were children. That is, we were children either in our years or in our awareness. Now we will step across the threshold of our unconscious and into our deepest self. Programs that once protected us have become limitations. We are ready to rewrite or release them. When these old programs were created, we did not have the power to deal with the situations at hand. Hence, we had to create a defense mechanism so that we could protect ourselves enough to survive a situation that was beyond our control. However, we now know that these defense mechanisms were like training wheels, which allowed us to “get by” until we could learn to ride through life without them. We are ready NOW to travel down the seven stairs into our deepest core so that we can rewrite programs of fear and helplessness and replace them with programs of love and power.

ARCTURIANS Arcturus is one of the most advanced extraterrestrial civilizations in our galaxy. It is a fifth dimensional civilization which, in reality, is like a prototype for Earth’s future. Its energy works with humanity as an emotional mental and spiritual healer. It is also an energy gateway through which humans pass during death and rebirth. It functions as a way station for nonphysical consciousness to become accustomed to physicality. The book, "The Keys of Enoch" has described it as the mid-way station or programming center used by the physical brotherhoods in our local universe, to govern the many rounds of experiments with physicals on our end of the galaxy. Their total focus in every aspect of their society to the path of God realization. The Arcturians teach that the most fundamental ingredient for living in the fifth dimension is love. They teach that negativity, fear and guilt must be overcome and be exchanged for love and light. Arcturus is the brightest star in the Bootes constellation (click image right), which is approximately 36 light years from earth. The Arcturians work in very close connection with the Ascended Masters whom they refer to as the brotherhood of the all. They also work very closely with what they refer to as The Galactic Command. The Arcturians travel the universe in their starships, which are some of the most advanced in the entire universe. One of the reasons that Earth has not been attacked by more warlike negative extraterrestrials has been these civilizations’ fear of these advanced starships of the Arcturians. These ships are the cutting edge state of the art technology. One of the starships circling the earth is called the Starship Athena, named after one of the Greek Gods. The Arcturian society is governed by what they call the elders. These beings are revered by the people of Arcturus for the advanced knowledge, wisdom, and extremely high vibrational frequencies. The higher the vibrational frequency, the closer one is to light, or spirit or God. The Arcturians are very short in physical stature, about three to four feet tall. They are also very slender. They also all look very much alike in appearance. The Arcturians pride themselves in this because this erases the pettiness of comparison of looks which is so predominant in our society. The Arcturians are the most loving and non-judgmental beings you can possibly imagine. Their skin is a greenish color. They have very large almond shaped eyes. They only have three fingers. They have the ability to move objects with their minds, and are totally telepathic. The source of food is an effervescent type of liquid that is highly vitalizing to their entire being. Their eyes are a dark brown or black color. Their main source of seeing is actually through their telepathic nature, not their physical eyes. Their sense of hearing even transcends their telepathic nature. They also have an ability to sense with the back of their heads. The average life span is from 350 to 400 of our earth years. Their highly developed spiritual nature has allowed them to never age, since they have the ability to transcend time and space. They terminate the life when the contract that has been arranged for their existence is up. There is also no sickness on Arcturus, it was eliminated centuries ago. AGHARIANS or Aghartians A group of Asiatic or Nordic humans who, sources claim, discovered a vast system of caverns below the region of the Gobi desert and surrounding areas thousands of years ago, and have since established a thriving kingdom within, one which has been interacting with other-planetary systems up until current times. Vast cavern systems below Tibet allegedly link the Agharti systems of central Asia to "Snakeworld", a multileveled cavern system under the southwestern slopes of the Himalayas where the "Nagas" dwell, according to Hindu legend. Here a serpent cult of human and reptilian collaborators dwells, one which is said to have had contact with the Nazi Thule society during World War II. Long ago an Asian prince is said to have led several militant followers - warrior monks - into the caves and came in conflict with this serpent cult. Following the conflict the reptilians and collaborating forces were driven out, however in recent centuries they have regained some ground. ALPHA-DRACONIANS Reptilian beings who are said to have established colonies in Alpha Draconis (Thuban) - click image right. Like all reptilians, these claim to have originated on Terra thousands of years ago, a fact that they use to ’justify’ their attempt to re-take the earth for their own. They are apparently a major part of a planned ’invasion’ which is eventually turning from covert infiltration mode to overt invasion mode as the "window of opportunity" (the time span before International human society becomes an interplanetary and interstellar power) slowly begins to close. They are attempting to keep the "window" open by suppressing advanced technology from the masses, which would lead to eventual Terran colonization of other planets by Earth and an eventual solution to the population, pollution, food and other environmental problems. Being that Terrans have an inbred "warrior" instinct the Draconians DO NOT want them/us to attain interstellar capabilities and therefore become a threat to their imperialistic agendas (Draconian). ALPHA CENTAURIANS The extraterrestrials from Alpha Centauri vibrate and resonate on the band of violet light. This civilization has enormous scientific and technical knowledge that is of the highest quality in the universe. The Alpha Centaurians are very theoretical. Part of their mission on Earth is to help raise the Earth’s scientific, technical and theoretical knowledge. Their mission is to also find ways to make this knowledge understandable to our society, since they are so much more advanced. One of the ways they are doing this is by telepathically linking up with some of our most advanced scientists. Because these beings are so incredibly intelligent and are of such a high vibration, they sometimes have a difficult time grounding these ideas on the earthly plane. The beings from Sirius are very good at bridging this gap, because they are very good at the practical application of these ideas, and making these theories usable for our third dimensional society. The Sirians are the workers and doers of the earth. ALTAIRIANS Alleged Reptilian inhabitants of the Altair stellar system in the constellation Aquila, in collaboration with a smaller Nordic human element and a collaborative Grey and Terran military presence. Headquarters of a collective known as the "Corporate", which maintains ties with the Ashtar and Draconian collectives (Draconian). AMPHIBIANS Similar to the Saurians or Reptiloids, yet being hominoid creatures with reptilian AS WELL AS amphibian-like features and are semi-aquatic in nature. May have once lived on land, yet became more aquatic over the centuries. ’They’ have been encountered near swampy regions, rivers, etc., and have been known to attack people without being provoked. It is interesting that some types of Greys AND Reptiloids are believed to be semi-aquatic, having webbed fingers and toes (Draconian). ANAKIM, THE Also referred to the ’Els’, short for ’Elder Race’ or simply as the ’Giants’. Referred to in ancient Hebrew tradition, this race is allegedly tied-in with a branch of ancient humans who broke-off from mainstream humanity because of their vast size which had developed over the centuries, possibly as a result of a genetic anomaly. They are said to range anywhere from 9-11 ft. and in some cases even 12 ft. in height, although in configuration they are remarkably similar to ’International’ humans. Are said to possess a means of molecular condensing and expansion which allows some of their kind to mingle among humans on the surface. They have allegedly been encountered in deep and extensive cavern systems below the western part of North America, as far north as Alaska, as far south as Mexico, and as far east as Texas. They are believed to have interstellar traveling capabilities. ANTARCTICAN This is allegedly a secret area of operations for both human and reptilian beings. It is said by some that Aryan-Nazi scientists actually developed disk-shaped aircraft capable of very advanced aerial performance, and that swastika’s have been seen on a few aerial disks. They may be piloted by a ’pure-bred’ blond, blue-eyed Aryan race. There appears to be more than one ’Blond’ human society involved in the UFO scenarios, and especially subterranean human societies may have developed ’blond’ hair due to lack of sunlight. There does not seem to be anything more than a peripheral connection between the Antarcticans, the Telosian and the Pleiadean ’blondes’ (i.e. we will refer to the Antarcticans as the ’Aryans’; the Telosians as the ’Blondes’; and the Pleiadeans as the ’Nordics’ in order to discourage confusion). The Antarcticans may consist largely of ’batch consigned’ pure-bred blue-eyed, blond Aryans who became victims of Hitler’s obsession to create a super race, and as suggested by Harbinson and others most of these may be controlled through mind manipulation and implants, being ’human drones’ who are used to keep this hidden society functioning. A massive joint humanoid-reptiloid underground system called the "New Berlin" is said to lie below the mountains of Neu Schwabenland, Antarctica. It is said by some sources that this joint human-alien force has spread terror through this sector of the galaxy, conquering and committing untold atrocities against the peaceful inhabitants of other worlds. The famous abductee Barney Hill who along with his wife Betty was abducted by "Zeta Reticulan Greys" in 1961, stated under regressive hypnosis that he had encountered an evil-eyed "German Nazi" working with the Greys on board the craft. It is claimed that the original "treaty" with the Greys was established by the Bavarian Thule and Illuminati societies as early as 1933, and this collaboration was brought into America via the CIA, which was established with the help of American Nazi fifth column agents as well as European Nazi’s who were brought into America through Project Paperclip and other operations. ATLANS These are humans, usually described as being benevolent by comparison to other groups, who are said to inhabit vast and complex cavern-cities beneath southern Brazil and surrounding regions. The term ’Atlantean’ or ’Atlan’ in reference to these races, has been placed upon them because of the fact that these cavern networks along the east coast of Brazil were reportedly once a part of the antediluvian ’Atlantean’ empire. The present inhabitants have no direct GENETIC relation to the ancient ’Atlantean’ society which is said to have controlled these cavern systems several millennia ago, but are referred to as ’Atlanteans’ simply because they are descendants of those who re-discovered and inhabited the ancient Atlan installations. As in North America and other continents, both common and gnome-like humans have been encountered here, some of which possessed advanced aerial or ’disk’ technology. The Telosians claim to have some connections with South America, especially the Matto Grosso region where a sister city named POSID exists in a large cavern system underground. ASHTAR COMMAND "The Airborne division of the Great White Brotherhood" One of the most interesting and intriguing extraterrestrial groups of them all is that of Commander Ashtar and the Ashtar Command. Commander Ashtar is the man who is in charge of the Airborne Division of the Great White Brotherhood, or Brotherhood of Light. Commander Ashtar and His vast extraterrestrial army of workers of over twenty million, work closely and in conjunction with the Ascended Masters. Besides the twenty million personnel under His command in our solar system, of which He is in charge, there are another four million members and workers on the physical plane. Commander Ashtar, Himself, is a great and noble being approximately seven feet in height with blue eyes. His body type is that of the Adam Kadmon which means it is similar to ours of Earth. He evolved from the planet Ashtar, in His development as a soul. He has never had an embodiment on planet Earth. Although Commander Ashtar is in charge of the space fleet in our solar system, He is not restricted to this sector of space in terms of His service. He represents our solar system in the council meetings of our galaxy, and universes throughout the greater omniuniverse. One of the important things to understand about Commander Ashtar and His army of workers, and fleet of extraterrestrial aircraft, is that they are etheric in nature. They do not have physical bodies like we do, however they are able to manifest physical bodies, and manifest their aircraft onto the physical plane anytime they want. A person seeing them would not think of them any differently than you or I. Most of the life on the other planets in our solar system is etheric in nature. Sometimes for this reason these beings have been called etherians. They would not be considered disincarnate beings for they do have bodies. They are in a state of evolution just as we are, and their life on their plane is not that much different than ours, except that they have transcended much of the lower self and astral desire that the people of Earth struggle with so frequently. Commander Ashtar also works closely with the Angelic Kingdom, most specifically with Archangel Michael. Commander Ashtar is an extremely loving and gentle man but stern and adamant in His mission to serve, educate and protect humankind throughout the solar system. Commander Ashtar and His crew do not wish to be seen as Gods, but rather as comrades and equals with us on paths of ascension and beyond. Two of his main missions are to spiritually educate mankind to their true mission for being here, and secondly to defend and protect the Earth and the solar system from hostile and selfish extraterrestrial groups. People have no idea of the gratitude that is entitled to Him and His tireless crew and workers. The Ashtar Command and the Negative Extraterrestrials There are many extraterrestrial civilizations throughout the galaxy, universe, and omniuniverse that have come to Earth to collect data and perform experiments for their own selfish purposes. They are not here to be of service. Some of these extraterrestrials are of what might be termed a neutral nature, and some are serving the Dark Forces. There are also negative extraterrestrials who openly oppose the Great White Brotherhood and the Ashtar Command. They would seize the planet and take it over if they could. It is the Ashtar Command and civilizations like that of Arcturus, that have protected us from this taking place. Just like in Star Trek, there are bands of renegades in their star ships, that are escorted out of our sector by these commands. Many of the Ashtar Command walk among us on our streets on Earth without us even being aware of it. The Ashtar Command serves in a certain sense as heaven’s policemen, there are actually six planets in the Orion system, and a group called the Deros, from inner space, that have had to be cordoned off so beware of anything to do with the Orion Nebula. One of the problems the Ashtar Command has is that if our government makes legally binding agreements with certain negative extraterrestrial groups, they are not allowed to interfere with our free choice, unless we are endangering our solar system and galaxy. The number of negative extraterrestrials is small in number compared to the vast number of positive extraterrestrials, however, the negative ones are quite dangerous if not controlled. Thank goodness for the Ashtar Command. As a general rule, the cigar shaped UFO craft are potentially the dangerous extraterrestrials. There are a few exceptions to this rule. Back to The Ashtar Command Back to White Brotherhood BERNARIANS Inhabitants of the ’Bernard’s Star’ system. Although not much has been written about them, it seems that human beings at least in part control this star system, along with "The Orange". Whether the Saurians have any influence or not is uncertain , however some sources indicate a possible collaboration similar to that within our own SOL system. BOOTEANS Reptilians from the ’Bootes’ system. These, AND reptilian entities from the ’Draconis’ system are allegedly involved with the ’Dulce’ scenario as well as the infiltration- implantation-control of human society on earth in anticipation of their planned takeover at some point in the future (Draconian). BURROWERS Another mutation of the saurian or serpent race that is capable of burrowing through the earth. Possibly quadrupedal as well as be-pedal, these have been known to use their natural ’boring’ abilities to create artificial tunnels like moles, or even spontaneously produced ’cave-ins’ (the latter has allegedly been used in attempts to entrap or kill unsuspecting intruders into the underground domains). These may possess a highly-developed ’bio-sensing’ system. CETIANS or Tau Cetians A human race of ’Mediterranean’ or ’South American’ appearing, tan-skinned humans. Very similar to Caucasian humans on Terra except for SLIGHT differences: slightly pointed ears higher physical ’density’ for their size slightly broader nose 5’ 5" tall on average often wear short ’Roman’ or ’crew’ style haircuts Tau Ceti and Epsilon Eridani are said to be a major ’convergence’ of exterran ’human’ activity, and are said to be in alliance with the Pleiadeans (who in turn, according to contactees, have ’Federated’ alliances with the Vegans, the Ummites, and others.). The Cetian alliance with the Pleiadeans and ’other’ societies who have been ’victimized’ by the ’Grey’ predators is based on a desire to establish a common defense against their reptilian nemesis. CHAMELEON Reptilians genetically bred to enable themselves to appear ’human’. Also less-humanoid appearing Reptiloids who use a form of technosis, molecular shape-shifting and/or laser holograms to produce an outward "human" appearance. Reports of these have surface from underground joint-operational facilities near: Dulce, New Mexico Dougway, Utah Groom Lake, Nevada Deep Springs, California Fort Lewis, Washington and elsewhere They are reportedly involved in some type of infiltration agenda. These ’infiltrators’ can appear remarkably human outwardly , however at the same time retaining reptilian or neo-saurian internal organs. Often described as appearing ’bulge-eyed’ with scaly, hairless skin behind their ’disguise’. One report alleged that the ’Chameleons’ may utilize artificial ’lenses’ to conceal "slit-pupiled iris’". Some claim they are genetically bred ’mercenaries’ who are part of an advanced guard of a planned silent invasion-takeover of human society. DALS The Dals are a handsome Nordic looking race, much like the Northern European Caucasians. They are able to breathe our atmosphere without special equipment. It must be understood, however, that many, if not most of the extraterrestrials do not have the Adam Kadmon style of physical bodies that we have. It is important that this not scare us. DWARFS Diminutive humans who have allegedly been encountered in or near caverns in various parts of the world, including northern California and the south-eastern Arizona / south-western New Mexico region and in some in connection to UFO’s, although most reported ’dwarf’ sightings in connection to UFO’s are actually sightings of the saurian ’greys’. These should not be confused with the small ’elementals’ or ’nature spirits’ which some believe are ethereal in nature yet have the ability to appear in solid or semi-solid form at times. The Dwarf races are allegedly just as human as surface peoples but average between 3 to 4 ft. in height, although at times they have been seen as small as two feet. As with the ’giants’ or ’Els’ this diminutivity may have resulted in a genetic anomaly which ran it’s course due to the separation of their race(s) from the International ’gene pool’. They allegedly live in subterranean systems to a large extent as a ’protective’ measure. And as we’ve said, some allegedly possess ’aerial disk’ technology and interplanetary travel capabilities. EVA-BORGS Cybernetic forms controlled by ’human’ entities. OR humans who have been implanted or surgically altered to such an extent that they have become cybernetic in nature, yet still retaining a soul-matrix. GIZAN or Gizahn The ’Gizeh People’ have been referred to by the Plejaren (Billy Meier contacts) as well as others. This ’may’ have some connection with the strange ’people’ and technology allegedly encountered in deep labyrinthine recesses beneath Egypt, who were sometimes reportedly seen by explorers, and who are said to dress like ’ancient Egyptians’. There is allegedly, according to Leading Edge Research, a huge cavern deep beneath Egypt which is inhabited by people with close ties with the U.S. ’secret government’. Some sources indicate that the ’Giza People’ may be a ’controlled’ society with the reptilians being the dominant power, although there is still much mystery as to what the "Gizeh Empire" is all about. GRAILS These are saurian ’grey’ type entities which are apparently somewhat taller than the usually-encountered greys yet with extremely thin ’rail-like’ torso and limbs yet very strong. GREENS, THE Humans of ’normal’ size, yet who possess an olive-green skin color. They claim to be from a subterranean or cavernous realms beneath Europe which they refer to as ’St. Martin’s Land’. GREYS, THE Small neo-saurian hominoids, very prolific and intelligent. May be the ’brains’ or ’intellect’ of the serpent race, whereas the larger ’Reptoids’ allegedly act as the PHYSICAL overlords and thus are of a higher ’ranking’ than the Greys. The Greys are logic-based and operate on base animal survival or predatory instincts and in most cases are emotionally insensitive to humans, and like other reptilian entities they ’feed’ off of human and animal vital fluids by rubbing a ’liquid protein’ formula on their bodies, which is then absorbed through the skin. Like typical reptiles which shed their skins the ’waste’ is excreted back through the skin. The Greys range from 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 ft. tall on the average, with skin colors ranging from gray-white to grey-brown to gray-green to grey-blue. Aside from feeding off of human and animal proteins and fluids, they also allegedly feed off the ’life energy’, the ’vital essence’ or ’soul energy’ of humans as do other reptilian species. This is why those humans seen working with the Greys (implanted and programmed ’drones’, whether willingly or unwillingly) have appeared ’lifeless’ and ’emotionless’ to the witnesses who observed them. The Greys are reportedly EXTREMELY deceitful and although they act on ’logic’, to them it is ’logical’ to use extremely complex forms of deception to bring about their goals. They are the most commonly observed ’alien’ entities encountered during UFO events. Their basic program is service to self. They are using this planet as a supply depot, for biological materials (people and cattle mutilations.) They are very telepathic in nature. Our world is not the only world they have tried to conquer. The Grays from Zeta Reticuli have the ability to magnify their mental field in order to maintain control over humans. These different species of Grays are members of a network which is a type of loose alliance to which all have common purposes and aims. The Grays from Rigel (click image right) were the ones that made the secret deal with the US Government. They are impregnating human females on a massive scale, and later extracting the fetuses. Most of their biological materials comes from the cattle mutilation. However it s a known fact that at times they have done human mutilations. These materials have been found on their crashed UFO crafts. There are some books on the market saying that they are our friends, and that we agreed to these abductions. We are here to tell you not to believe it for a second. These beings are very disturbed beings and are here to take over this planet for their own selfish purposes. They look at us in a similar way that the unconscious mass of our society looks at animals. The Zeta Reticulans appear to be divided into two different groups. There is one group that appears to be a little more tolerant towards human beings. The other group is interested in colonization and conquest of planet Earth. The Grays have one base near the Aleutian Islands. The Grays seem to have influence over the Reticulans and the Beeletrax species of Grays. These Grays have no stomach and digest their food by absorption through the skin or under their tongue. They have been cloning themselves instead of the practice of reproduction we use on Earth. Each time they reclone, however, the genetic copy becomes weaker, which is part of their problem. Their attitude towards humans is tolerance towards inferiors. They are technologically superior, however, spiritually and socially backwards. The Reptilian race is the other extraterrestrial race that is most negative, destructive, and evil in their intent. These extraterrestrials are human in shape, however, have reptilian type faces. They also have scales which makes their skin water proof. They have three fingers with an opposing thumb. Their mouth is more like a slit. They average from six to seven feet in height. They are well suited for space travel because they are able to hibernate. They are cold blooded biologically, so must have a balanced environment to maintain body temperature. The soldier class can bury themselves in the ground and wait long periods of time in order to ambush an enemy. The leader of this specie are called the Draco. They have special wings, which are like flaps of skin. There is a second group of their race that does not have wings. The soldier class and scientists of their race don’t. In an emergency they can survive on one very large meal every few weeks. These Reptilians have been interacting with Earth for a very long time. In their home system they apparently live underground. This Reptilian species apparently directs the efforts of the working class which are only about four feet tall. These beings would be considered another one of the subspecies of the Greys. The command progression in this Reptilian society are the Draco who are the winged Reptilians first in command Secondly the Draco who are the non winged Reptilians Then the Greys This group, along with the Greys, pose the greatest danger at this time to planet Earth. How to Protect One’s Self The specific aim of the Reptilians and the Greys is to take over planet Earth through covert mind control methods, much like the Illuminati and Secret Government is trying to do on Earth. These two groups are intimately connected. Most people think of world takeover only in terms of military means such as bombs and guns. They don’t need to do this if they can control the people, and world leaders through mind control, hypnosis, and brain implants. The key question is, What do we do to stop this? Our government has sold us out because of their greed for power and world domination and now they can’t stop what they have started. The first step is for the people of Earth to reclaim the world's governments. We must force the governments to release all the knowledge they have about extraterrestrials to the world at large. Half the battle is won if the people of the world know what they are dealing with. If people knew what was happening they would not be so much on automatic pilot. The only way to protect ourselves is through the strength of our consciousness. If a person is attuned to God and the Masters, and owns their personal power, and has self mastery over their energies, they have nothing to worry about. The world needs to wake up spiritually and psychologically, and stop being victims. It is this victim consciousness that allows them to be abducted and manipulated. If ever you sense them around, just pray, affirm, and visualize protection for yourself. Your connection with God and the Masters will bring you immediate protection. The only true hope for this planet is a mass spiritual awakening which, in truth, is beginning to occur. This spiritual awakening must also lead us into political action to remove the Secret Government and Illuminati from power. It is these beings that are controlled and manipulated, implanted, and hypnotized by the negative extraterrestrials. Part of our strength is also to think as individuals. The Greys are a group memory complex that has very little ability to think on their own. It is time now to make people aware of what is really going on. Share this information and others like it with your friends. Do more research on your own. If enough people become aware, the one hundredth monkey effect will begin to occur. It is already happening. The people reading this book are the Light bearers for the new age. It will only happen if we do it. The world will change when we change it. This change begins in consciousness, which leads to individual and group action. The Secret Government, Illuminati, and negative extraterrestrials are more vulnerable now than ever before. GYPSIES Several sources refer to the Gypsies as having some connection with the UFO mystery. Other sources suggest a connection with high-tech subsurface kingdoms such as Agharti, etc. The knowledge which the Gypsies allegedly possess of an ancient war, UFO craft, and so on is supposedly a carefully guarded secret among various Gypsy tribes. Some claim to have traced the Gypsies back to ancient India or surrounding regions. The infamous Philadelphia Experiment information source, Carlos Allenda, was allegedly part of a Gypsy clan with knowledge of past and present "history" on alien cultures which have interacted behind the scenes in Terran affairs. HAV-MUSUVS or Suvians Prominent in Paihute Indian tradition, the Hav-Musuvs were allegedly an Egyptian or Grecian-like sea-faring race who discovered huge caverns around 3 to 5 thousand years ago within, and later deep beneath the Panamint Mts. of California. Within these they then established their vast underground cities. When the inland sea (now Death Valley) which connected the ocean in ancient times dried up, they had no way to carry on trade with other parts of the world. As a result of this, according to Paihute Indian tradition, they began to build and fly ’silvery eagles’ which became increasingly advanced as time went on. They then evidently established interplanetary and later interstellar travel, exploration and colonization. This huge facility is now operating as a MAJOR Federation base on earth, and possesses huge chambers with differing environmental, atmospheric and even gravitational conditions to accommodate the various visiting Federation dignitaries. HU-BRID ’Hybrids’ possessing reptilian and human genetic coding yet who possess a human soul-matrix. HYADEANS The Hyades in the constellation Taurus, like the Pleiades and Vega, are said to have been the destination of yet another group of refugees from the ancient Lyran wars. HYBRIDS Since human and reptilian beings are genetically so different in their physical make-up a natural ’hybrid’ between the two is impossible. However an unnatural GENETIC alteration, in essence ’splicing’ human and reptilian genes, has allegedly been attempted. Even if this were accomplished the offspring would not be an actual ’hybrid’ (half human - half reptilian) but would fall to one side or the other. Since reptilians possess no soul-matrix as do humans but instead operate on a ’collective consciousness’ level, the ’hybrid’ would be human or reptilian depending on whether they/it was born with or without a soul-energy-matrix. In most cases one might tell the difference if the entity had round-pupils as opposed to black opaque or vertical-slit pupiled eyes; or five-digit fingers as opposed to three or four; or external genitalia as opposed to none. This may not always be the rule, especially when the ’chameleons’ are considered. Some of the hybrids without souls are ’fed’ with human soul-energy in an attempt to engraft an already existing human soul-matrix into the hybrid. IGUANOIDS Approximately 4-5 ft. tall, with ’Iguana-like’ appearance yet ’hominoid’ configuration. They have sometimes been seen wearing black, hooded ’monk’ robes or cloaks which conceal much of their saurian features, which include tails. These have been reported as being extremely dangerous and hateful towards humans and lesser-ranking Reptiloids such as Greys, and like all other branches of the ’serpent’ race they utilize black witchcraft, sorcery and other forms of mind control against their enemies. They appear to be a dimension-hopping sorcerer or priest class among the reptiloid species. IKELS OR SATYRS Small hairy humanoids with cloven hoofs which inhabit deep caverns beneath South America and elsewhere. They may be members of a fallen pre-Adamic race which possessed angelic, animal AND humanoid characteristics. Now allied with the reptilians. They have been known, according to natives, to ’kidnap’ women and children down through the ages and many stories are told of South American tribes who have battled these creatures with machetes during certain of their forays to the surface in search for women, children or food. INSIDERS Residents, either permanent or temporary, of the various different secret-society-connected top secret-government ’underground installations’, bases or colonies throughout the United States and the World. Some of these groups may possess advanced technology enabling them to travel to various other planetary bodies in the solar system. This group is international in scope and may be tied-in with the Alternative 2 and 3 scenarios. JANOSIAN This is allegedly a planet on which human beings live or once lived. They apparently arrived on that planet some thousands of years ago according to certain ’contactees’, and had all along retained dim memories and legends concerning their ancient home world, planet earth, where their ancestors lived long before their colonization of the planet ’Janos’. They are said to be like Terrans, although somewhat oriental and slender. A group of refugees is said to have left Janos centuries ago in a huge carrier vessel of roughly donut-shaped configuration after an asteroid or meteor shower devastated the surface of their planet, causing a chain-reaction in their nuclear power grid, loosing deadly radiation into the atmosphere and unto the underground tunnels and ’cities’ which they had built beneath Janos. They apparently remembered the star-route back to earth, and the latest reports stated that they were in a high orbit somewhere ’near’ the earth and are seeking contact with earth governments to exchange technology for a place to live on (or below?) the earth, in the tradition of the TV series ALIEN NATION. In light of other revelations and lack of confirmation from other ’contactees’, this might be a ’staged’ Draconian propaganda operation; on the other hand the account MAY be legitimate. KORENDIAN Humans allegedly living on a colonized planet known as ’Korender’. Perfectly ’human’ in proportion yet 4-5 ft. tall on the average. Gabriel Green described alleged contacts with this group in publications during the late 1950’s - early ’60’s. The accounts published by Gabriel Green were rather fantastic, although perhaps no less so than some other accounts. Robert Renaud is one of the main "Korendian" contactees, and he claims that they have a large underground facility somewhere in Massachusetts. The Korendians claim alliance with the Arcturians and are part of a massive collective Alliance of worlds who lean more to non-Interventionism than to direct Interventionism. LEVIATHANS Sea saurian ’sea serpents’ such as the so-called ’Loch Ness Monster’. Loch Ness has been the site of much occult or paranormal activity including UFO activity, ’Grey’ sightings, etc. Aliester Crowley, the Satanist-Illuminist founder of the O.T.O. or Ordo Templi Orientis, claimed to be in contact with ’The Beast’ of the Loch. He owned a mansion on the shores of the loch and this same mansion later became the residence of the British occultist Jimmy Page, who not only played with the British Rock group Led Zeppelin but also owned a large bookstore dealing with witchcraft and the occult. Being aquatic in nature and having lost the use of their limbs via atrophication and mutation, this branch of the "serpent race" is allegedly used for long-range ’psychic’ warfare and occult manipulation of the human race. LYRAN The Lyrans were the original ancestors of our galactic family. Many thousands of years ago their civilization reached a very high technological level, however fell into disagreement and factions within their culture. These factions went to war and destroyed much of their society. Many of these beings from Lyra (click image right), left in their star ships to colonize the Pleiades, the Hyades, and the Vega system. Some of these Pleiadians of Lyrian ancestors also came to Earth during the Lemurians and Atlanteans period. The Lyrians now have long evolved past the conflict, or war-like stage of evolution. These other civilizations could be looked at as our galactic cousins. As the original human inhabitants of Lyra (who have a common origin with Terran humanoids) were driven out of that system many thousands of years ago, some of the present day inhabitants of the ’Lyra’ constellation are be of reptiloid descent. During the Lyran wars which are mentioned in several ’contactee’ accounts, a mass exodus’ of humans reportedly left the system and escaped to the Pleiades, the Hyades [which are 130 light-years from earth in the Taurus constellation], and to Vega which is also in Lyra. This region, like our own system, is still be a ’battleground’ between saurian greys and humans. MARTIANS Inhabitants of the planet Mars, both human and non-human, including the alleged inhabitants of the two Martian ’moons’ (which many believe to be artificially-hollowed asteroids, one of which - Phobos - is said to be under the control of the "original" Greys, or self-reproducing Greys which are the "hosts" for the Grey "clones" which operate from various space stations that are disguised as planetoids. (It is from these "carrier" ships that the abduction, implantation, programming, mutilation, infiltration and other projects are carried out against planet earth). It has also been suggested that thousands of years ago the surface of LUNA and MARS were much more ’habitable’, that the surfaces of these bodies may have been decimated after passing through the asteroid belt or an ’asteroid storm’ (consisting of debris which ’may’ have been torn from a planet which apparently existed between Mars and Jupiter at one time -- possibly destroyed by a close encounter with another planetary body in the tradition of Velikovsky’s theories). It is believed that ancient ’ruins’, possibly thousands of years old, have been seen on both ’planets’ and that these attest to such a cataclysm. MIB’S Also referred to as the ’Men In Black’ or ’Horlocks’. These are apparently in many cases humans who are controlled by draconian influences, although other ’MIB’ have been encountered which do not seem human, but more reptilian OR synthetic. The ’MIB’ have been encountered often after UFO sightings, usually intimidating witnesses into keeping silent about what they’ve seen (many of the witnesses may be ’abductees’ with suppressed memories of the event). Their ’threats’ appear to be motivated by attempts to utilize ’terrorism’, ’fear’ or ’intimidation’ as a psychological weapon against witnesses. This ’weapon’ may not only be used to keep the human ’MIB’ under control, but by the human MIB’s themselves. ’They’ are often, though not always, seen in connection with large, black automobiles, some of which have been seen disappearing into mountains -- as in the case of one basing area between Hopland and Lakeport, California -- canyons or tunnels or in some cases apparently appear out of or disappear (cloak?) into thin air. Most humanoid MIB have probably been implanted by the Draconians and are essentially their ’slaves’. Bio-synthetic forms possessed by ’infernals’ also seem to play a part in the MIB scenario, as do subterranean and exterran societies. Sirius, at only 9+ light years away, has been identified as a major exterran MIB center of activity, with a subterran counterpart existing in ancient antediluvian ’Atlantean’ underground complexes which have been ’re-established’ beneath the Eastern U.S. seaboard. MOON-EYES, THE A race of peaceable humans some 7-8 ft. tall, with pale-blue skin and large ’wrap-around’ eyes which are extremely sensitive to light. They MAY be the same as the large humans allegedly encountered on the moon by our ’astronauts’ according to John Lear and others, who in turn were silenced and not allowed to tell what they saw. These people may, according to some accounts, be allied to the ’Nordics’ and/or ’Blondes’. They claim to be descendants of Noah who traveled to the Western Hemisphere a few centuries following the deluge and discovered ancient antediluvian cavern systems and ancient technologies which had been abandoned by the antediluvians in deep subterranean recesses. They have been encountered mostly in deep cavern-systems beneath the general region of the Ozarks-Arkansas and surrounding regions. MOTHMEN Largely subterranean, pterodactyloid-like hominoids with bat-like wings. Sometimes describes as possessing ’horns’ and thus are considered very similar to the traditional depiction of the ’devil’, according to certain individuals who have encountered them. Very intelligent and extremely malignant. Although often referred to as ’Mothmen’, this title might be a little misleading. These creatures -- which have also been referred to as the Ciakars, Pteroids, Birdmen and Winged Draco -- have been encountered near underground systems near Mountauk Point, Long Island; Point Pleasant, West Virginia; and Dulce, New Mexico. NAGAS Also referred to as the ’Reptoids’, ’Reptiloids’, ’Reptons’, ’Homo-saurus’, ’Lizard-men’, or the ’Large Nosed Greys’. They play a significant role in the legends of India and Tibet where they are considered by some to be demoniacal residents of a subterranean realm. They are described as being around 7-8 ft. tall and of various colors, grotesque, but most often moldy greenish with scaled crocodilian ’skin’. Allegedly descended from a branch of bipedal sauroids which existed thousands of years ago on earth and via mutation and natural selection developed the brain-body coordination necessary to develop a technology. Some species still reportedly retain a visible ’tail’ although much atrophied from their supposedly extinct’ saurian ancestors. Some abductees claim that the "lizard" people resemble a humanoid version of a Velociraptor. After a reputed battle in ancient times between a "pre-Scandinavian" race from the Gobi region and a Reptiloid race based in Antarctica, the reptilians allegedly lost the battle for domination of the surface world and were driven into underground networks in which they eventually developed aerial and space technology. ORANGE, THE These entities largely converge beneath southern Nevada, northern New Mexico and possibly Utah. Some sources refer to a [1] ’human’ race with stalky yellow, red or orange hair, others of [2] a genetically-altered, humanoid-reptiloid strain or hybrid. They are often described often as having a humanoid form yet certain ’reptilian’ genetic features. They are also said to possess human-like reproductive organs, and possibly (or not) a human ’soul-matrix’, and therefore a divergent branch of the human race, or reptiloid race depending on which ’type’ of Orange one is referring to. as some accounts suggest there MAY also be [3] orange-colored reptilians which possess no soul-matrix. Some of the "Orange" allegedly have connections to Bernard’s Star. ORIONS Some claim that ’negative’ entities have been associated with some of the stars in the Orion constellation. Other sources claim that the Orion Nebula is a cosmic ’doorway’ to ’infinity’ or the realm of the Creator, which transcends the time-space-matter universe. Some astronomers claim that a huge, beautifully-illuminated multicolored ’light’ has emerged from the "nebula" (click image right) and is on an intercept-course with Earth, although at a rather leisurely pace and at this rate this ’light’ or ’star’ will reach earth approximately 3000 AD (give or take a hundred years). Could this have something to do with the prophecy in Revelation 21? Since the Draconians are attempting to conquer the ’heavens’, they may have made futile attempts to enter the ’Eternity Gate’ and intercept the emerging ’Light’ (’War In Heaven’ between Michael and the ’Dragon’? - see: Rev. ch. 12). This may explain the alleged presence of the Draconians in the Orion constellation, although certain ’human’ groups have allegedly become curious of the ’Eternity Gate’ as well. The Orion open cluster itself is the base of a joint Reptiloid - Grey empire called the Unholy Six, which has been working out of NEMESIS in the SOL system. On Becoming A Master: On Becoming Human

I recently caught a program on channel 13′s series, American Masters, on Bob Dylan, and it gave me much food for thought. First, it gave me a new appreciation for Dylan, but more importantly, I enjoy learning about the lives of people who are considered “masters.”

I would suggest that perhaps the greatest fulfillment as a human is when one masters something. To be able to practice one’s craft and do it not just well but with mastery is an incredible human experience. Too many of us are trapped into doing things to just get by, to do it just well enough, but we never carve out the time and discipline to practice something to the point that it is mastered.

I offer as a caviat here that I’m speaking with the concept of humility fully at the forefront. A master of something won’t go around bragging that they are the master of this or that, but, I believe a person knows when they’ve mastered something, and there’s a quiet self confidence that goes with it. I couldn’t imagine Bruce Lee not knowing or denying he was a master, and in all humility, express a truth.

The American Masters series has highlighted many people, artists, musicians, writers. There are masters in every area of life; there are masters in coffee shops, in factories, in martial arts. What does it take to become a master? First, I think there is a natural, in born talent or inclination to a particular field. Mike Murdock says, we do not choose what we are to become, we discover what we are meant to become. This can be an esoteric discussion, but mystically, I think there is truth to the statement. Second, takes learning, having a good teacher, being obedient in the sense that we listen to learn. It takes practice, dedication, and discipline. Bob Dylan couldn’t have become a master, despite all the natural talent in the world, if he hadn’t practiced and written and performed as much as he did. The same goes for every master. Jackson Pollock always comes to mind because I was so impressed by the movie–How great is it to be able to light a cigarette and paint all day, every day!

I’m sure many masters have their demons and their struggles. I wonder if this too is a necessity to becoming a master.

This post idea has been a few weeks in the making, and as I’ve thought about it, I was thinking of some other things that could be considered one of the great experiences of being fully human.

So, becoming a master of something, or, in martial terms, developing good gong fu. Love. Love maybe ought to be considered the ultimate experience of being fully human, love for our fellow human beings, romantic love, loving and being loved. It is an incredible experience to love some one, it is even really cooler to know that you are loved.

What other experiences fulfill us as humans? Achieving something/ Building something, making something. I guess these come under the category of having good gong fu. Winning in a competition? The contemplative experience? Developing a sense of awareness and mindfulness? Doing the right thing? Being faced with a dilemma and doing the right thing? Saving someone?

It is a wonderful thing if a person can discover the thing that they are called to “master.” It then becomes a duty and obligation to fulfill that calling. What else can it be but sadness and pathos if a person has a particular talent that they never develop.

For me, personally, in all humility, I will say I don’t believe I have “mastered” anything quite yet. I love writing, I love my tai chi practice. I have developed good gong fu in playing the guitar, in making coffee(I worked at Starbucks), in selling shoes, and in the contemplative practice of tai chi chuan kung fu. Am I the best at anything? I know there are people in the above fields who could run circles around me! But I have my own personal experiences; I practice my tai chi, I’ve taught tai chi, I’ve played live gigs in NY, I’ve been in love, and I’ve been loved. I have developed over the years some very wonderful friendships. Having friends should be included.

I believe I have discovered my calling, although I have not figured out how to pursue it fully. I am called to the contemplative practice of tai chi chuan kung fu, which encompasses much–fighting skill, spiritual development, awareness and mindfulness, writing, teaching, and gaining wisdom.

The human experience has been given to us. It is our obligation to experience it in its fullness.

Taking A Stand

There is a misconception about the tai chi way, sometimes people practice it for years, that it is always about being passive, being “non action,” allowing oneself to become a doormat when confronted with aggressive behavior. It is difficult to learn the lesson of yielding as opposed to just giving up or allowing oneself to be abused. Of course, I am talking here both in the martial context and when we apply these lessons in our social interactions.

There are five elements to tai chi, not just one. Earth, water, fire, metal, and wood represent the various actions one takes when confronted with one of the same elements. Many tai chi players think the only action would be earth, standing firm, or water, always giving. But we also have to recognize when wood, fire, and metal come into play in our lives, when they are the right course of action to take.

The other wisdom to this is also knowing how to use the more “agressive” elements naturally as opposed to forcing them. It is sometimes easy to try to fight fire with fire, or to try to force a move, or to try to affect a situation or resolve a problem by forcing it through. But there are times when the moment calls for fire or metal and it will be the natural, flowing thing to do in a given moment. These are the distinctions we work on throughhout our learning process and practice.

Throughout our day, every moment is an opportunity to practice the tai chi way, to practice right action and correct behavior. It seems to me that it is not proper for us practitioners of tai chi to allow others to pursue a course of wrong behavior either against our selves or others. I remember a great line by David Carradine in Kung Fu the Legend Continues when he matter of factly tells a bad guy thast he could not let him do what he was about to do. It was as if he almost had no choice. He had to stop the bad guy, and he said it with a shrug of the shoulders.

So, in our daily lives, we look for the wisdom to know what to do(the definition of kung fu is knowing what to do), when it is proper to stand like a mountain, when it is proper to yield and evade like water, when it is proper to step back like wood, when it is proper to advance and strike like metal, when it is proper to dance and strike like fire. We do no favors allowing someone to take advantage of us, to abuse us, to act like idiots around us, to harm us. Even a tai chi player must take a stand, must stand up and say no, but it will be the natural thing to do, the right thing to do.

It is not when we are fed up and can’t take it anymore and lose it. It is all within the flow of things and at the right time.

Bypassing the Experience

For those of us who choose to follow a contemplative path, who seek an alternative, we may sometimes think we are choosing to bypass the life experience. After all, if God created us to be human beings, and to live in this world, why would we choose to eschew it?

So here’s the deal. A contemplative rejects the broken, secular way of living and offers a witness to the alternative. Choosing to strive to be holy is in fact striving to become what we truly are as human beings and that we don’t have to be caught up in the selfishness of secular living. There is an awareness of our true selves as divine, as holy, as connected to the source of life. The path is not one of bypassing the experience, although some may fall into that trap and use the path as a form of escapism. It is a path of truth and experiencing life to its fullest, a desire to be a bright light in the midst of darkness, to offer a smile instead of a scowl, to send goodness into the world instead of evil.

Another pitfall for those on the path to be wary of is that somehow they will develop enough on the spiritual level that they will then be able to manipulate and control people and events through acquired magical powers. The mythology of the contemplative life is replete with stories of healing,bilocation, levitation, invisibility powers, hearing and seeing God directly, having other prophetic visions and on and on. But the moral to the story is always that a true saint, in whatever tradition, does not practice his or her way of life expressly to gain these powers and abilities; they are simply a side benefit that rarelt gets used and is never to be used for selfish reasons.

I’ve been tempted to go down that rabbit hole on more than one occasion, mostly to “prove” that I was on the right track. But it is too seductive a thing, and better left alone. Live the life of truth nd contemplation and it will be alright. I have not attained any superhuman powers, although intuitively I do believe that many things are possible and that humans will achieve insight in things which we now consider superhuman but will reveal themselves to us as totally natural. Is it possible years rom now we will look back on the age of computers and blackberries and i phones as so insane when we will be able to do all those things using our own minds? I think something like it is possible. In the meantime, stay grounded, and do good.

1984 is here. Big Brother is Watching

Our big fear after reading 1984 was that big brother would be watching our every move. Well, that is pretty much the case. Video cameras are everywhere to protect us. Almosgt every retail store has cameras to watch not only possible shoplifters but to keep a constant eye on its employees. And people are still shocked when they find out that just about everything they do on a computer or cell phone can be eavesdropped.

But we’ve gone a step further. We’ve put this technology in the hands of everyone, so now it’s not just big brother watching, it’s everyone, including your college roomate who is surreptitiously video taping you having sex. There’s a kiosk in the mall that sells “gadgets,” video taping equipment disguised as pens and car keys and on and on. You may not even be able to go to the bathroom without a hidden camera in the toilet paper.

So, kiss your privacy good bye and try not to get caught on camera doing anything stupid.

Making Mistakes

A friend called me this morning in tears because she somehow forget she was working this morning and was responsible for opening her store and was jetting there as fast as she could in a taxi. I tried to calm her down a bit, let her know she’s have to accept the consequences–a call to the District manager, the store would get fined, and she probably would get written up. But I also reminded her that mistakes happen, we all screw up once in a while, she understood the import of the situation, and most importantly, I advised her that the mark of a true leader is a person who accepts responsibility for their mistakes but doesn’t let them run them over. You get up and move on and keep going.

In tai chi, we learn from mistakes and adversity. It’s what helps us grow and develop. You have to try things out for yourself. In taoism and intuitive thought process, it’s almost a welcomed necessity. Making a mistake at work can be humbling, but it also shows what you are made of, whether you have character or not.

She’s a good kid so I know she’ll make it through this seemingly larger than it is situation.

Thomas Merton; The Inner Experience

I am currently almost finished reading a book of Thomas Merton’s, posthumously published as THE INNER EXPERIENCE; NOTES ON CONTEMPLATION. Originally titled, WHAT IS CONTEMPLATION, Merton worked on it off and on and actually left instructions that it not be published. But verbal testimony revealed that in the end he did think it was wothwhile, so here we have it.

I think Merton hits the nail on the head in many areas on contemplation, and addresses many of the issues I have been struggling with personally. While I am still absorbing what I have read, I want to share just a few things with the caveat that the material presented in Merton’s book, and in the contemplative life overall are so deep that it’s very hard to put word to paper; perhaps even explaining Merton’s own hesitancy in getting the book published.

The first distinction Merton makes is between eastern and western mysticism and contemplation, and it is my first struggle. “In zen, there seems to be no effort to get beyond the inner self. In Christianity, the inner self is simply a stepping stone to an awareness of God. Man is the image of God, and his inner self is a kind of mirror in which God sees Himself…” So, first, let’s not judge Merton’s understanding of zen and taoism by one quote. But the important distinction here is that in zen and taoism, there is a recognition of the divine essence of one’s self, of our buddhahood, or in tasoism, that we are simply a manifestastion of the tao. In Christian contemplation, it is necessarily christological and focused on “God.” I would say that the language of each is sufficiently “mystical” and unable to be “understood” with normal reason that it is possible that the distinction may actually be merely symantic. For a born catholic, it is hard to let go of the distinction, and question myself as to whether I am missing the boat if I merely stop at nurturing an authentic inner self. But i can only say, that if I nurture and develop and learn this inner self, if this true person emerges, then everything else ought to take care of itself.

The second distinction I am trying to understand is between a true contemplative experience, and things like quietism, fantasy, and “a false interiorization…in which one simplly withdraws into the darker subterranean levels of the exterior self…colored and perverted by a heavy and quasi-magical compulsivity…”
Both eastern and western contemplative lifestyles are vulnerable to these dangers of delusion, diversion, and misunderstanding of what one is actually doing.

Modern practitioners of tai chi, qi gong, buddhism, yoga, and on and on are looking for some relief from the oppressions of temporal living. This is good, but id it stops short at just trying to get that feel good feeling of some peace and quiet, that aint it. Modern proponents of these practices do them a major disservice by marketing them in order to attract paying clients for temporal, exterior benefits. How many women are doing yoga to tighten their abs, how many elderly think that by doing tai chi they won’t fall and be unable to get up, how many buddhists maniacally chant in their cars on their way to work thinking they will magically solve the burdens that await them at 9 a.m. These practices have so much more to offer than what they have been bastardized into.

The next point Merton makes is the great difficulty we have in modern society is escaping the temporal, secular way of things. It has become(perhaps not that it always has been) so oppressive, so seductive, so enslaving, so delusional, that it becomes close to imposible, one feels almost despair, at not being able to extricate himself rom this circle of temporal, secular concerns. “Solitude and silence, essential to the contemplative life, have become highly valued luxuries sometimes accessible only to the rich…those whose life is a despairing srtruggle for security…the rule of the world, its exacting demands, its inexorable pressures to conform…not only does the world become more and more demanding, but it cannot be escaped.

Extricating oneself from this temporal oppression is priority number one. There are still ways to do it. But the economic system we are in today has really got us bound up, gagged, and in a hole, deep. A lot of our time and energy is taken up trying to make enough to keep a roof over our head and enough food in our belly. How many jobs have we been in where we can actually feel it sucking the life force right out of us. This is deadly. Many of us do ok or well in this system, in what Merton calls a Faustian pact. Our behavior is controlled, and we live in fear, and act out of fear. The person who is a contemplative must remain vigilant to what is happening to him and always be on guard. The seductions, delusions, manipulations, and oppressions of everyhting secular and temporal all around us has become incredibly strong. We must be heroic in standing against it before authentic humanity is completely lost.

A contemplative is moved by his inner intuitiion(not that there is an outer intuition). There is a recognition and awareness, faint at first, that there is something mystical, divine, numenous, holy, and sacred about our existence. There is also a growing recognition of the triviality and absurdity of the way the secular and temporal works; he begins to see through the fasutian illusion. And so he begins his journey, into the contemplative life, into the inner experience, in search of the authentic self. It is not escapism. It is not a leap into a world of fantasy and illusion. It is a search for authentic meaning and existence. We recognize our moral duties and obligations in “this world” to family and community. We labor honestly and to the best of our ability. It is our moral obligation to do so without entering into the faustian pact. But we struggle with all our being to remain true to who we are, and to recognize, in Christian terms, our sonship, that God is our father and we are made in his image and likeness, or in eastern terms, that we are in fact buddha, or that we are, in taoist terms, “it,” we are the tao itself.

7 Rules of Taoist Leadership

There are 7 rules to leadership according to taoist principles. “To lead others toward the good, one must purify one’s own character.” This is from hexagram 45 of the I Ching, Ts’ui. In order to “further what is good and true” for the world and for humanity, people have to work together as a collective. “The tremendous power of human collectives must be directed by a qualified leader.” What makes a qualified leader in the taoist sense?

1. First, gather within yourself proper principles. Honesty, integrity, authenticity, balance, perseverence, fortitude, modesty, fairness. A leader should be a person of upright moral character.

2. Develop good gong fu–knowing what to do. A leader should be knowledgable, experienced, and wise.

3. A leader should have a clear mission and clearly communicate that mission, and carry it out with integrity. The mission or endeavor itself should be a mision of truth and integrity, for the good.

4. Engender love and loyalty in your people. Those who rule by fear and manipulation and control and exploitation may have gains in the short term, but when it really counts, his people will abandon him when they have a chance. Look out for your people. Be fair. Like tai chi, be soft on the outside and firm on the inside. Admonish when you have to, praise when you can.

5. Do what you are supposed to do to get a job done, but don’t try to manipulate, control or force events and situations. Allow the creative to work. Allow things to arrange themselves.

6. A leader has courage and is brave in the face of danger. A leader steps up to the plate. He is the go to guy. He stands up for others and protects others. He is, well, a leader!

7. A leader understands change is constant. He is adaptable, intuitive, can anticipate. He knows “the box” and knows how to think outside it. He is creative and spontaneous.

The I Ching says, “Improve yourself into the kind of person you yourself would follow wholeheartedly and without hesitation. Learn to accept the natural progress that occurs when you act with proper principles, and seek no progress at the expense of those principles.”

Also, “those who belong together will come together naturally. Be sincere and let the Creative do the work.”

Nasa's Kepler telescope scans the skies for 'habitable worlds' - but an American chemist has suggested the whole project might be a terrible idea.

Ronald Breslow suggests that life-forms based on slightly different amino acids and sugars could take the form of huge, ferocious dinosaurs that have evolved to have human-like intelligence and technologies.

'We would be better off not meeting them,' says Breslow, who claims that it was a stroke of luck that an asteroid wiped out dinosaurs on earth, leaving the field clear for mammals such as humans.

A scientist has suggested that other planets could be populated by intelligent dinosaurs

On other worlds, dinosaurs could have evolved into huge, intelligent warriors armed with hi-tech weaponry - but without losing their hunger for fresh meat.

'Of course,' Breslow says, 'Showing that it could have happened this way is not the same as showing that it did. An implication from this work is that elsewhere in the universe there could be life forms based on D-amino acids and L-sugars.

'Such life forms could well be advanced versions of dinosaurs, if mammals did not have the good fortune to have the dinosaurs wiped out by an asteroidal collision, as on Earth.

'We would be better off not meeting them.'

In the report, noted scientist Ronald Breslow, Ph.D., discusses the century-old mystery of why the building blocks of terrestrial amino acids (which make up proteins), sugars, and the genetic materials DNA and RNA exist mainly in one orientation or shape.

There are two possible orientations, left and right, which mirror each other in the same way as hands.

In order for life to arise, proteins, for instance, must contain only one chiral form of amino acids, left or right.

With the exception of a few bacteria, amino acids in all life on Earth have the left-handed orientation.

Most sugars have a right-handed orientation. How did that so-called homochirality, the predominance of one chiral form, happen?

Breslow describes evidence supporting the idea that the unusual amino acids carried to a lifeless Earth by meteorites about 4 billion years ago set the pattern for normal amino acids with the L-geometry, the kind in terrestial proteins, and how those could lead to D-sugars of the kind in DNA.
