Internet Kill Switch Bill Moves Closer To Senate Vote…
This is pure bull…The Internet was never supposed to go public, but uh oh…it did..giving the citizen [slaves] a voice and inter-connectivity…They are very threatened by our blogging and voice through twitter and Facebook and other Social Media…Every country almost has been having issues with this trying to control the “citizens”… India and the ME with Blackberry, China with Google, Portugal and other countries with freedom on the net period…Right now however places like Facebook [CIA owned] are information gathering places [just so you know]. Google keeps track of everywhere you visit for three years and has direct connection know with the WH…Someone got smart however and has been requiting hackers to a camp [what better way to control the hackers but have them work for the government]…OOH lala~the plot thickens!!

Democratic Cybersecurity caucus leader threatens “cyber-9/11″ if legislation not quickly passed….
Paul Joseph Watson Prison Planet.com
An Internet kill switch bill that would give President Obama the power to shut down parts of the world wide web for a period of at least four months without congressional oversight has moved closer to a Senate vote, with one of its primary advocates, Democratic co-chairman of the House Cybersecurity Caucus Jim Langevin, threatening a “cyber-9/11″ if the legislation is not quickly passed.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is now trying to merge two “cybersecurity” bills, one sponsored by Senator Joe Lieberman and another sponsored by Democrat Jay Rockefeller, in preparation for a final vote when the Senate returns to session in early September.
Lieberman and Rockefeller are perhaps the two very worst people in government to be crafting legislation to regulate the Internet, as they are both on record as advocating a completely state-controlled world wide web or seeing the Internet shut down for good.
During an interview with CNN’s Candy Crowley back in June, the Independent from Connecticut made it clear what the ultimate agenda of cybersecurity legislation was focused around – creating a Chinese style Internet that would hand the government the power to regulate free speech on the world wide web.
Cayman Islands Bank Gets Wikileaks Taken Offline in U.S. — Updated with Links
By Kim Zetter | Categories: Censorship, Wikileaks
Wikileaks, the whistleblower site that recently leaked documents related to prisons in Iraq and Guantanamo Bay, was taken offline last week by its U.S. host after posting documents that implicate a Cayman Islands bank in money laundering and tax evasion activities.
UPDATE: Readers have asked for links to access Wikileaks. Cryptome has provided the bank documents in a convenient download. You can also view a mirror of the Wikileaks site or download a torrent of the Wikileaks archive. Alternatively, as a few readers have pointed out, you can still reach the original Wikileaks site by using this direct link to it.
