The above were CONTRACT KILLINGS likely and/or attempted murders which obviously ordered from the top had POLICE involvement—that is they are the sheople’s enemy here in Saskatchewan.
I as an innocent Canadian citizen, person, parent & professional (veterinarian) was targeted by the Saskatchewan white collar freemasons by June 2004 when I asked my psychotic ex (a male veterinarian psychotic pedophile) Dr. Philippe L. Bourque, to live our farm home and gain proper psychiatric treatment.
Within a few weeks, he ended up as a regular attendee at the obviously hyper-Masonic Saskatoon Pentecostal church, Elim Tabernacle and not in the hands of a competent Saskatchewan psychiatrist since most psychiatrists apparently are criminally involved in the Monarch torture-based/SRA-based mind control programming (where the resultant child beta sex slaves the Saskatchewan gov’t is using for their lucrative child sex crime trades and illegal drug black budget ops) as they were with MKULTRA in the 1950s (Weyburn mental hospital and I believe the big provincial asylum, North Battleford was deeply involved in MC programming & still is but it is hush, hush).
From early 2005 to late 2010, this Saskatoon church has stopped its ears to my warnings that their parishioners’ children were not safe with Bourque attending there; they asked me to stop emailing them in the late fall of 2010 ignoring the huge burden of proof of how psychotically dangerous Bourque & his Satanic coven were.

It has been tested and used on an untold and growing number of innocent citizens since 2001′s mass murder.
In Monarch no-touch torture of US targets press conference slated, the writer highlighted Tom Hayden’s revelation that "General David Petraeus, Commander, U.S. Central Command advocated the "global Phoenix Program," alluding to the notorious Vietnam-era CIA data-base operation used to torture and assassinate innocent civilians due to their political beliefs.

Such is the persecution targeted individuals face daily – in secret, invisible, virtual prisons in which remote electronic weaponry is applied to torture and murder with no evidence, the perfect crime.

Again, this coincides with the dramatic influx of innocent citizens reporting counterterrorism extreme abuses against them since 2001.

Persecution through surveillance
Surveillance is the key tool to target individuals.

Although some are targeted indiscriminately, most targets are notably intelligent, charismatic and are pacifists (opposite to terrorists) with integrity and other leadership qualities.

She’s apparently is up at the top of the Daughters of the Eastern Star, Masonic movement in SK (she called it LADIES TIME OUT….for when they would throw a boozing bash every winter and hire a HYPNOTIST or magician as the entertainment while the Masonic waiters for this women’s outing were the Masonic husbands…..her mate is one and he’s a paranoid schizophrenic judging from his clinical signs) and hence a practicing witch and I think she took the bribe years ago to place some of her own children into Monarch torture-based/SRA-based MC programming (in Saskatoon) for job security reasons—she got tapped as a young adult (likely by telling “sympathetic” Masonic doctors & psycho-ologists her own sad story) based on having a history of being sexually abused by her religious order’s grandfather and she is still very dissociated as an adult “professional” mental health counsellor it appears.
