"Thanks to all your diligence and Hard Work" CON

1. Air Conditioning DOES NOT work. 2. Blinds MUST be installed. It creates greenhouse effect and raises cost of electricity through roof. 3. Rick disconnected the Fan in bathroom --> Had violent reaction to MOLD!
