The Paranoid's survival guide: Protect your privacy on social, mobile and more

The paranopid's survival guide, part 2: Protect your privacy on social, mobile and more

by ROBERT L. MITCHELL |

Is privacy dead? Not by a long shot. While you can't control everything that's out there about you, there's quite a bit you can do to reduce your data footprint -- or at least avoid adding to it. For this series, Computerworld asked nine privacy experts for tips and tricks they use for keeping their own personal data profiles on the down low.

Whether your goal is avoiding tracking by marketers, ensuring your personal safety or protecting yourself from government surveillance, there are steps you can take to minimize your exposure both online and off, these professionals say.

Part 1 of this series covered how to maintain your online privacy and surf the Web without leaving a data trail. Here, in part 2, we offer advice on how to approach social media, messaging and some general rules you should follow when using mobile apps. Part 3 covers how to minimize your offline data footprint, and where to go to opt out. (For more tips, also see our "60-minute security makeover: Prevent your own epic hack.")

3 ways to shape up your social media

Don't sign up for a new service using Facebook or another social networking account

When a website tells you it's easier to register for its service using your Facebook account, what they really mean is that it's easier for them to pull all available information about you from that site and use it to build a profile on you, says Rob Shavell, co-founder and CEO at privacy software vendor Abine. Always choose the "sign up with email" option, and don't use the same email address you use for Facebook or other social media accounts.

Lock down those social network privacy settings

Review and set the privacy settings for every online service you use, and revisit those policies regularly to update them, as the services tend to change their policies frequently, says Jules Polonetsky, executive director of the Future of Privacy Forum. "Make sure you lock down the settings in every social media profile, and test it to see what others can see about you," he suggests.

Think before you post

On social networks nothing is truly private. "Be aware when you post with whom you are sharing," says Sid Stamm, senior engineering manager for security and privacy at Mozilla. What you post can be used against you, either now or in the future -- by snooping government agencies, political operatives, potential employers or online marketers that want to serve up interest-based advertising.

Even when you delete a post it's likely to persist. Your "friends" can copy/paste anything visible to them into other sites or email messages. And with Twitter your posts are part of the public data feed that's routinely captured by data brokers and others interested in analyzing that data. "The act of deleting just means removing the visibility on Twitter," says Robert Hansen, a security researcher and director of product management at the website-security vendor WhiteHat Security. But every data broker or other organization that has consumed your Twitter feed between the time you posted and the time you deleted the message still has the data.

Don't post photos of your kids, your interests or when you'll be going on vacation, he adds. "If it's something I even briefly pause about, I don't put it on social networks. Treat everything in social networks as adversarial, and then you don't have to worry about it."

Online job sites and online dating sites are the two areas where people give up way too much information about themselves, says Casey Oppenheim, co-CEO at anti-tracking software vendor Disconnect. "Your name, address, where you went to school -- all of that information about you can be used to answer challenge questions," he says. Online dating sites may use questionnaires to collect extensive psychological and demographic data in an effort to build very detailed profiles that may be retained even after you close your account.

Manage your messaging

Secure your email

Be sure to enable HTTPS encryption for all email communications in transit. As for email data in your inbox, a hosted private email service that you pay for, from a company such as Rackspace, offers more privacy than does a free, public Webmail service such as Gmail, while hosting your own email server on premises offers the most privacy of all.

There are many exploits out there for compromising Webmail services, says Hansen. What's more, the content of email hosted on free Webmail services may be used to allow advertisers to send interest-based advertising. Also, government agencies can access your data on Webmail or hosted email systems at any time by simply presenting a subpoena -- and the provider may be prohibited from telling you about it. With an internally hosted server, a search warrant would be required, and you would be aware of the action.

Use a privacy-oriented email service

Popular Webmail services such as Gmail and Yahoo Mail offer a free account in exchange for collecting data about you and analyzing your email activity for marketing purposes. If that bothers you, consider a free service not supported by advertising, such as Zoho Mail, or use an email account provided by your ISP.

For even greater protection, use a secure email service that's dedicated to protecting your privacy, such as Riseup or MyKolab. Services like MyKolab, which hosts your email data offshore and out of reach of the Patriot Act, may make your data less prone to U.S. government snooping.

Use a self-destructing text/chat service

Instant messaging/texting services that encrypt your communications and don't retain your chat history have gained critical mass among young people, and for good reason, says Polonestky. "No one records [verbal] chit-chat, but when I have that conversation online it's somehow part of the national archives. It shouldn't be. It's the kind of communication that should work as a shout out and be fleeting," he says.

Polonestky uses Frankly Chat, which he calls "Snapchat for adults," but says other popular services including Snapchat itself or Whisper also work well. Whisper is an anonymous social network, and Snapchat allows users to set time limits for how long their posts will appear.

Oppenheim recommends Silent Text and TextSecure. The downside of these services is that the person you want to message must have the same app installed and running before you can connect. So, depending on which service your friends use, you might need to keep more than one app running.

Mobile protections

Limit tracking on your mobile phone

Mobile phones offer more limited options for minimizing your online footprint, says Justin Brookman, director, consumer privacy at the Center for Democracy & Technology. Your carrier knows your location, the calls you make, the sites you visit, the texts you've sent and received and the apps you use. Unless you turn off your phone, your carrier will always know where you are, he says. And while you can't opt of out all data collection, your carrier may offer options that let you limit how it uses and shares that data.

Password-protect your smartphonestablets and other personal computing devices, and configure the "find me" feature or app for mobile devices. "The first thing to do is to make sure that if you ever lost the device you can get it back and lock it down. This is half security, half privacy," says Chris Babel, CEO at security vendor Truste.

Use a password manager and two-factor authentication

Password managers not only keep track of your online user names and passwords and generate strong passwords, Babel says, but most also have an auto-fill feature that protects your account credentials from key logger malware that may be watching you. (It's especially important to use a strong password for your email account, since it contains a trove of personal information about you, and most online accounts use your email address to allow you to reset forgotten passwords.)

If you already use a password manager -- either on your desktop as a standalone app or in your browser -- check to see if it has a mobile component. Many do.

For additional protection, consider a password manager such as LastPass that supports two-factor authentication. Even if someone guesses your master password they still won't be able to get at your password database without physical access to your device.

Don't share your location information

"You can control who you give location permission to on most mobile devices, but you can't control" with which other apps are given that data. "So choose carefully," says Brookman. Social media updates that include location data also tell people where you are -- and where you aren't. Do you really want everyone on Twitter, or all of your Facebook friends -- and friends of friends -- to know? "Don't turn on location services unless you really need it," says Oppenheim. And turn it off when you're done.

Turn off your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to avoid retail tracking

Today you walk into a store and the retailer doesn't know much about you. "But stores are installing listening devices to detect mobile phones with Wi-Fi turned on that are actively looking for access points," says Brookman. Before long, it won't just be your mobile carrier and mobile apps that know where you are at all times. Retailers and other businesses want to use the combination of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signals emanating from your smartphone to track you when you enter a store or other place of business.

"When I walk into the mall they will know I've entered because my device is pinging Wi-Fi. And with Bluetooth they can track me within 30 to 50 feet. They know where I'm walking," says Babel. When your phone queries the store's wireless router to search for connectivity option, the business captures the unique MAC address associated with your phone's Wi-Fi hardware. If you then make a purchase, your MAC address can be combined with other information the store has to identify you. Some consumers might want to announce themselves, Babel says, because they're hoping to receive special offers on their smartphones. But if you're paranoid, says Brookman, turning off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth solves the problem.

If you can't be bothered to toggle those services off every time you leave your home or office, anti-virus software vendor AVG recently rolled out a service called PrivacyFix that automatically turns off your mobile Wi-Fi if the network you're passing by isn't on your whitelist. Mobile apps like Tasker for Android can be configured to use a technique called "geofencing" to turn off Wi-Fi when you leave your home or office and turn it back on when you return.

Soon you may have another option: The Future of Privacy Forum is in the process of creating a service called Do Not Track My Mac -- to be hosted at smartstoreprivacy.org -- that will let users opt out of tracking by retailers that want to capture your smartphone's Ethernet MAC address.

The companies agree not to capture your name or link your information to your MAC address unless you opt in, says Polonetsky. However, they can still track your MAC address anonymously unless you opt out. The data is used for general analysis purposes, such as to determine the average wait time in cashier lines, for example, or to study how traffic moves through the store. So far, 10 companies have signed on, Polonetsky says.

Next: How to minimize your offline data footprint, and where to go to opt out.

You're not as anonymous as you think!

The following information is associated with each type of browsing data and applies to Google Chrome on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Chrome OS.

  • Browsing history: Clearing your browsing history specifically deletes the following:
    • Web addresses you've visited from the History page
    • Cached text of those pages
    • Snapshots of those pages for images that appear on the New Tab page
    • Any IP addresses pre-fetched from those pages
  • Download history: The list of files you've downloaded using Google Chrome is cleared, but the actual files are not removed from your computer.
  • Cookies, site, and plug-in data:
  • Cache: Text of webpages you've visited in Google Chrome is removed from your computer. Browsers store elements of webpages to speed up the loading of the webpage during your next visit.
  • Passwords: Records of usernames and passwords are deleted. If you're using a Mac, your password records are deleted from Keychain Access.
  • Form data: All your Autofill entries and records of text you've entered on web forms are deleted.
  • Clear data from hosted apps: Data from the apps you’ve added to Chrome from the Chrome Web Store will be erased, such as the local storage used by Gmail Offline.
  • Deauthorize content licenses: This will prevent Flash Player from playing any previously viewed protected content, such as movies or music that you’ve purchased. It’s recommended to deauthorize content licenses before selling or donating your computer.

CyberStalking: SIX years and counting.

Mike Damann @Firetown aka @trevorspeaks have been staking, harassing d0xing, stealing my intellectual property since June of 2010.

I have done everything in my paper to make them cease and desist posting on forums @infosecisland and FaceBook requesting that they remove my personal information and slanderous comments and false allegations from their respective websites.

After five years of relentless harassment and horrific gang stalking on birthdays and holidays, I filed a report with @ICANN and notified the FBI that they were actively working with people who were deported from the United States and taken into custody on 9/11 for their ties to anti-American terrorist cells.

After receiving my detailed report and analysis of Jude Vosika's site that not only d0xed my father but plagiarized a considerable about of original content that I wrote for several freelance publications.

Jude's response was hardly rational since she called the police and hired @JasonBWhitman to secure her ridiculous website during Thanksgiving 2010. She made false allegations to the police, on hers and other websites including my Wordpress site where she logged in under the name Vaxen Var who is a dear friend of mine that has supported me despite the mental heath problems and severe depression that was the direct result of constant, prolonged threats against my family, my cat and myself.

It has been nearly six years since they started stalking me and though I feel 110% better with the help of expensive medication to keep me from taking my own life, I will never be the same beautiful, carefree, professional academic that I was before she and her friends targeted me for reasons unknown.

As amazing as it seems, both Jude Vosika, Mike Damann (@Firetown @rockingjude @trevorspeaks) are still staking and harassing me and my friends online and in real life. I noticed that Mike had been tweeting at me a few weeks ago and then started following every person with a public account who speaks with me and I received several notifications that my various accounts have been locked for security reason and for multiple attempts to login unusual locations.

Give that they have historically attacked me on birthdays and holidays it seems more than likely that Jude and Mike are the offending criminals.

It worth noting that Jude went into hacker forums begging some of the most infamous and nefarious hackers of our time.

Having said that, I was not neatly as devastated or horrified when I saw seven new posts in pastebin

Back in Pastebin October 29, 2015

I started this private site after my name, ID, medical and financial info was stolen, made public in Pastebin, and sold on T-shirts at the DefCon hackers conference. I never got one penny for the T-shirts and apparel sold and was never reimbursed for the damage done to my computer equipment and mobile devices as a result of HARD CORE hackers. I was promised the T-shirts and promo ads would be pulled from the event and the black hat hackers known as Lulz, AntiSec, (Sabu and Co.) would take them down and refrain from using my likeness for promotional purposes. They were not. They used my name, my likeness, my photos, my social security number, my ID, my address and more to create a slew of fake social media accounts to post insane bullshit across a variety of platforms. They even socially engineered my closest friends and family members in various forums to reinforce the charade. They claimed the T-shirts were for charity and that $1.00 would be donated for every ELyssaD garment sold. Not only did I not receive any such monies, I am quite certain these wits have no idea how serious it is to impersonate a 501(c)3. So not only did they make a profit from exploiting every aspect of my life, they harassed my friends, impersonated an ex-cop who has been one of most trusted allies and confidant; threatened friends who dare to speak up on my behalf by calling them on the phone and identifying themselves as law enforcement. ANOTHER felony. They made a profit. They offered a reward for tittie pics, had podcasts, comic books and sold a line of women's apparel to promote their podcasts, show and of course, make money. They created multiple fake identities on various social media platforms. They pwned my website, social media accounts, linked in, private forums, etc... harassed my friends and posted my fathers home address on the internet. They altered personal documents they stole from my private files, altered them, and had the nerve to put the FAKE documents back in to my web albums and made them public. ONE LOGIN = ONE FELONY Destruction of evidence (especially records that pertain to employee benefits is a whole other class of crimes) These individuals are clearly guilty, and have no problem advertising their skills across the hacker community. They destroyed my professional credibility with disinformation writing posting ridiculous website entries that present my professional certifications as a practicing therapist to make them appear as if I was the patient not the provider. 65 "people" impersonating me on social media platforms? My friends, sister, brothers, my mother, and even "Agent Daddy" became targets as well. I started this site hoping for a do-over. My name is ELyssa. ELyssaD and, for he record I've never done midget porn!

FBI Infiltrates Hacker Group LulzSec

Pwned: FBI infiltrates hacktivist group LulzSec

Pwned: FBI infiltrates hacktivist group LulzSec

The once feared group of "hacktivists" and online crusaders LulzSec, an offshoot of the online community Anonymous, is on the ropes after an international law enforcement operation today snared five men believed to be responsible for cybercrimes ranging from hacking security consultants and entertainment companies to breaking into law enforcement conference calls.

But perhaps most remarkable about the feds' crackdown on LulzSec is that it happened with the cooperation of the alleged leader of LulzSec, whom the FBIflipped last June.

Fox News reports that the leader of the five alleged members of LulzSec was a hacker known as "Sabu," whom the FBI tracked for months in 2011. But when the "brilliant, but lazy" Sabu forgot one time to cover his online tracks, the FBI was able to uncover his real identity: Hector Xavier Monsegur, a father of two living in public housing in New York.

Once Mr. Monsegur was identified, the FBI were able to keep tabs on him and eventually arrested him in June 2011 on identity theft charges. Monsegur cut a deal with the feds and pleaded guilty in August 2011 to stay out of prison and take care of his children. In return, he helped the FBI track down his comrades -- the men charged today.

They include Jeremy Hammond of Chicago, who according to the complaintfiled in New York federal court, was charged with computer hacking and conspiracy to commit computer hacking in connection with an attack on Stratfor, a Texas-based security consulting service. In that attack back in December, emails and credit card information were stolen.

A separate grand jury indictment, also filed in New York federal court, charges four additional men -- Ryan Ackroyd and Jake Davis of England and Darren Martyn and Donncha O'Cearrbhail of Ireland -- with conspiracy to commit computer hacking. The hackers' targets allegedly included media and entertainment companies Fox, PBS, and Sony Pictures; computer game developer Bethesda Softworks; security consultants HBGaryand anti-hacking association InfraGard Atlanta; and the website of Irish political party Fine Gael. According to the indictment, the men stole email, passwords, and credit card information from their targets and defaced some of the websites.

Wired reports that the five men were arrested in a coordinated effort on Tuesday in the US, Ireland, and Britain; other sources indicate the four have only been charged*. The magazine's website notes that Sabu's disappearance around the time of his arrests prompted concerns among the Anonymous community that he had turned state's evidence. But according to Brian Knappenberger, who is editing a documentary on Anonymous, "whenever anyone [accused him of flipping] on Twitter, Sabu would respond with string of obscenities."

The quintet's list of alleged crimes includes one of the most embarrassing incidents for international law enforcement officials: the hacking of a trans-Atlantic conference call between members of the FBI, Scotland Yard, and the Garda, Ireland's police force. According to a US district attorney press release on the arrests, O'Cearrbhail reportedly hacked into the personal email account of a Garda officer, thereby learning how to access the Jan. 17 conference call. Once in the call, O'Cearrbhail was able to make a recording of the conference, which he then distributed online.

Some of the alleged LulzSec members have drawn the attention of law enforcement before. Hammond was sentenced to two years in prison for a 2005 hack of a conservative website called Protest Warrior, according to a 2007 profile in Chicago Magazine. Davis was arrested by Scotland Yard last August for alleged cybercrimes, including taking down the website of the Serious Organised Crime Agency, a British major anti-crime department. And Ars Technicareports that according to an FBI affidavit, O'Cearrbhail was arrested by the Gardain Sept. 2011 on a hack-related charge, though he was later released.

* Editor's Note: This story was updated to reflect conflicting accounts about whether all five men had been arrested rather than merely charged.

Subject: letter to catherine from AC

my god -- this could not have come at a better time!

i just spent the last 4 hours composing a letter only to realize i have no one to send it to.

i have so many things i need to say-- and it huts so much to realize that my carefully chosen words have been ignored, ridiculed or twisted by some egomaniac who seems to get off on making me feel
like a piece of shit.

i spent hours writing a press release for a committee i joined believing it would lead to other opportunities (which it did) but apparently it is good to use so long as I don't put my name on it.

So after putting my entire soul into a volunteer project for the last two weeks, i am at a loss for words.  i only have tears.

this world is breaking me, and i just don't get it...

i don't understand why i do so much for others only to find myself completely abandoned by the very same people and organizations i helped build.

all i can think right now is just sending a very simple one word reply: "FURB!"

hope is a terrible thing.  so is post traumatic stress. just as i begin to think i'm on the verge of breaking the cycle; the slightest trigger can set me back to the exact same place i was 13 years ago.

i'm sorry for babbling at your expense, but i actually may send it (to you exclusively) on the off chance that you may be able to see through my fragmented, disconnected words that keep me from participating in this so-called life.

thank you so very much-- if you don't mind, i may just send the letter to myself.

i worked on for so long, [FIVE YEARS] because even if you don't read it, at least i'll know that i had enough courage to say what some people really need to hear!

unfortunately, the people who need to hear what i'm saying are so far removed from the incredible pain they have caused me, they would not even realize i am directing my anger, fear, sadness and feelings of helplessness, hopelessness, and worthlessness that are a direct result of their depraved indifference.

this is a very sad day for me.

i hope you don't mind me sharing too much-- it kind of comes with the territory!

Sincerely yours,

ElyssaD

Disney Trauma Based Mind Control

A Look Into Disney Trauma Based Mind Control Program

theminorityreport.forummotion.com | Aug 27th 2010 11:04 PM

Alrighty, I'm going to make a stab at covering the VAST topic of Disney's Mind Control Program, Subliminal Messages for Mind Control, propaganda and how they operate.

This article is meant to be a simplistic overview of trauma based mind control as has been employed in the MK-Ultra Monarch Programming method. It is important to understand the foundation of how and why this type of mind control works, with respect to trauma, dissociation and subsequent programming.

This system of mind control has its origins in Illuminati based black magic practices. Multigenerational Satanic cults and high level Illuminati members have employed mind control for centuries. The basics of this type of mind control slavery was optimized and expanded after World War 2 following the gruesome experiments conducted in the Nazi concentration camps. Dr. Joseph Mengele, (aka, Dr. Green) disappeared from Auschwitz in January of 1945, and was smuggled into the US by the Illuminati.

When Monarch Programming started, the top men were Illuminati. Originally Mengele was the lead Programmer and became skilled in many things including Cabalistic Magic, abortions, torture and programming children. When Mengele came over to he US, the existing mind control programming jumped from being an occult science, to one that had full access to the Medical, Psychiatric, Judicial, Scientific and Governmental sectors via the power of the National Security Act and the Intelligence Agencies. According to Fritz Springmeyer, author of "The Illuminati Formula Used to Create an Undetectable Mind Controlled Slave", the Illuminati created the CIA. Intelligence agencies such as Britain’s MI-6 began investigating these mind control techniques early on even in World War 1.

These were most likely the early multiple personality Manchurian candidate types of agents. The Illuminati’s programming of multiple personality agents through trauma, ritual abuse, and hypno-programming was simplistic compared to the sophisticated techniques engineered by the Nazi Germans and even today. Secret mind control experimentation continued after WW2 in the US and also Canada under the CIA’s, Project Paperclip.

The primary MK-Ultra project adapted from these early systems was the Monarch Program. The reason why I think this system is important is because it is the original programming used to lay the groundwork for future more sophisticated mind control systems. The main factors for success in Monarch programming is the genetic tendency for dissociation, high intelligence and creativity. It was discovered years ago, by the Illuminati that dissociative ability was passed on from generation to generation. The children of multigenerational abuse are good at dissociation. These genetic qualities have been fine tuned and specific bloodlines; both Illuminati and non-Illuminati are closely monitored, so that most Monarch slaves are even chosen before birth. Genealogical records of Illuminati bloodlines are highly guarded secrets, but in general these consist of 13 major families which include the Royal bloodlines of Europe.

The reason why dissociation is important to mind control is because the human mind is more susceptible to hypnotic command in these trance states. Dissociation is also a survival skill of great value in response to trauma and abuse. Frequent traumas, which split the mind of a child before the age of six, will produce multiple personality states. This is also known as dissociative identity disorder. This is one reason why the programming must be done in early childhood and in some cases, infancy and in utero. It is known that trauma based personality splits remain isolated in the mind better than hypnotic based mind splits.

Once the victim is systematically traumatized through various methods, which may include ritual abuse, programming is anchored in to each individual trauma. These dissociated traumas are linked to hypnotic programming commands and scripts. Then the traumatic memories linked in with the programming are walled off with amnesia from the host personality. The traumatized "split" is also known as the newly created alter personality. Alter personalities are created according to the Programmers needs, while the host personality is unaware of the traumatic memories and alters who hold the memories. The alter personality can be called up to the front of the mind via codes or specific cues that the programmer knows, and be trained to do a variety of functions.

All programming is anchored upon some type of trauma. A variety of scripts may be used, along with specific training for individual alter personalities. This extends into the childhood and adulthood of the slave. The idea behind this is to create the perfect slave who can carry out a variety of functions while maintaining secrecy and obedience to the programmers. Such functions may include assassination, espionage, sexual servicing, couriers, "photographic "mind file data storage, and even psychic abilities. There are other important elements employed in Monarch mind control such as the overlaying of demonic entities through ritual, or the power of ancestral generational spirits, which may make the person very psychic. Many of the Monarch victims are chosen because they have a powerful level of generational spirits within their families, who may have practiced black magic for generations.

Nowadays, sophisticated scientific technology is also used, such as biochip implants, electroshock, drugs and brain wave entrainment systems to lock in hypno programming more effectively. Real physical trauma is sometimes substituted for virtual reality headgear, which simulate horrific traumas to quickly split the mind, priming it for programming. The important thing to remember is that the powerhouse behind this type of mind control system is demonic and technical. The key to freedom lies in deliverance and specific deprogramming therapy and support systems.

"Movies can and do have tremendous influence in shaping young lives in the realm of entertainment towards the ideals and objectives of normal adulthood." Walt Disney.

The F.B.I. under Hoover began talks with Walt Disney beginning from 1936 and continue until his death in 1966. The Disney FBI file reveals a complex relationship between these two Cold War actors but is also informative of the process of cultural production taking place during the Cold War and how content becomes a plane upon which a struggle between competing visions of purpose is enacted

Disney was hired during WW2 to provide cartoons and other images for use of propaganda for the US government:

MGM even got in on the action:

Disney has went on to take this very same manipulation through imagery and subtle messages to influence kids even today. Even with seemingly innocent movies such as the Little Mermaid, you even get that same "mind control" mentality. Look at the overall plot to the movie......a little mermaid "sells her soul" which is symbolized as her voice in order to fall in love with the wealthy prince.

TONS of symbolism here from an esoteric standpoint as well as a symbolic standpoint.

You have the trauma victim "selling their soul" to achieve something they want(in this case love) but in order to get what they wish to have......it must be kept a secret which is symbolic of "stealing the voice". That voice now belongs to the person who controls them. As you can see, the Sea Witch in the movie even sings her little song about it:

Poor unfortunate souls indeed.

Here they are even telling you of how they operate. These poor unfortunate souls do get caught up in this labyrinth of manipulation and trauma.....for them, escape is damn near impossible.

This leads me to my next section, which are some of the prime examples of the mind control subjects:

One common thing that you will see with many of the people associated with Disney's Mind Control program is The Mickey Mouse Club. Britney did happen to be a member. One interesting thing that I did notice is that she tried out once and was told that she was "too young" so they sent her to one of their agents who then sent her to a "School for Performing Arts". After she left this school, she was quickly picked up by the Mickey Mouse Club.

Looking at Britney's appearance, she had the classic "look" of many of the trauma subjects that have escaped from the inside such as Cathy O'Brien as well as others. Even my friend Haley fits the category of the "blonde hair, blue eyed" girl. This seems, for some reason or another, to be the type they like to look for. When Britney came out, she had that look. She had the "innocent school girl" look and her songs told quite a story as well.

Now, another thing that is quite common in mind control programs is for the programming to start breaking down around age 30 or so. What we start seeing is this slow, breaking down of the person as all of this dark mess that has been bred into them begins to surface. For these people, this is all they know therefore they feel as if they have no one else to turn too. She ends up getting involved with Madonna through the Kabbalistic Society which, from a ritualistic standpoint, explains the "kiss" but that is another story. Please don't think that Madonna is innocent either as her symbolism tells otherwise:

This leads to the classic mental breakdowns.

One of the biggest was Britney shaving her head but people don't understand what was happening here. When she showed up, what color was her hair? It was brown...she has dyed it brown. This was already part of breaking the chain here with just this simple move. No more "blonde hair, blue eyed" girl as this darkness was starting to seep up through the cracks and she began manifesting it. The next step was to strip it all away which throughout the ages a symbolic gesture of rebirth was the shaving of the head.

Once these alternate personalities begin to break down, you can even see the person begin to exhibit symptoms of them almost seeming to be on drugs. They won't know where they are, lose time and really seem to be talking out of their head.

Look at this clip of Britney right after she shaved her head and listen at the very beginning to the girl who was in the beauty shop describe what Britney said as she was doing it:

"She says she's tired of having things plugged into her and doesn't want anyone to touch her"

Doesn't want things "plugged into her"?

One common method of "altering" the mind that has been used for quite a while now is the "electo shock" method.

We also see later her acting out violently which is another slow breakdown of the control. Notice that once they sent her back to the "hospital", which ironically was the Ronald Reagan Medical Center in the psyche ward, and she was treated. I say "ironically" because Reagan was a mind controlled puppet as well.

Even in current form, we can see how this girl has slowly fallen down the ladder the older she gets. One thing that you tend to see with all of these stars is the Mickey Mouse Club being in common. If it was just one or two different people in high ranking entertainment areas doing this, it would be one thing but it's a ton of different people.

You can see the same patterns with her as with Britney:

You see the same hair that she dyed that blonde color along with the blue eyes. Notice that the hair didn't manifest until she began to work with the music industry which I find kind of strange. As we can see, she gets older and these "alts" start breaking down. This is why she has turned to drugs, drinking and other things in order to cope with all that is going on.

This is what she gets reduced too:

Here we have another alumni of the Mickey Mouse Club. With her, she doesn't seem to be manifesting any breaking of the programming but rather just seems to be feeding off of it. Again, she has a very similar look to all the others:

Just as with Lady Gaga, among other celebrities, you see her symbolism with the Illuminati "eye":

Don't forget about her new album pushing the "Transhumanism" for the NWO where man and machine become one:

She even shared, a much less public version for some reason, the SAME kiss from Madonna:

What would a write up about Disney mind control be without talking about Miley Cyrus. As it stands, there isn't a whole lot of evidence physically that can be seen with Miley HOWEVER symbolically tells a different story. First we have to look at how they got this girl to where she is. On her show, "Hannah Montana", she was telling another story. She was an average girl, who put on a "disguise" to become a different person. Ironically enough, that disguise was a blonde wig....hmmmm, haven't we seen that before?

With this disguise, she fools all of her friends into thinking she is a different person.....this is virtually the little mermaid story all over again with a spin. Now, the first thing that alerted me to Miley was her symbol:

So what are we looking at? The Monarch Butterfly is what we are looking at with different colors. How does this relate? Project Monarch, as you would have read above in the first article, is one of THE LARGEST mind control operations in the world! This is their symbol, people!

To me, this speaks volumes!

Even the name...."Cyrus". Anything similar to "Osiris" possibly? Maybe it's just a coincidence but who knows. Typically, nothing is coincidence for these people.

Now let's take a look at her video:

First thing you see if the "dark angel" motif. You can see her caged up here with all of these "elitest" staring at her. Throughout the song she is telling people that she cannot be changed, cannot be tamed nor can she be saved.....WOW, poor unfortunate souls indeed.

In another symbolic gesture, you can see that as long as she is in the cage.....she has her wings however once she steps outside that cage, the wings no longer exist. To me, this speaks volumes as well. As long as she stays in the cage her creators have built for her, she can stay on top but as soon as she attempts to leave...forget about it. Another interesting thing to me is that it appears that her staying in the cage is a willing move as the bars are plenty wide enough for her to escape as she shows. However, she stays in this cage under her own free will. That, again, speaks volumes.

What's important for people to understand also is that this person is being presented as some kind of "Teen Idol" which kids should look up too. After she received the award for being the "most influencial teen role model" she pulled out this video:

Maybe it's just me but pole dancing, grinding and crotch grabbing doesn't seem like the proper message for a "teen role model". I look for her to start falling at the seams pretty soon but it won't happen for another few years but if the pattern progresses; she will end up like the rest.

This is another one that is falling apart at the seams. I'm not going to get into her too much but trust me, I'm sure that most people know that this one has already been "exposed" on the net.

The same can be said for guys like Justin Timberlake, also a Mickey Mouse Club alumni, and that girl from the Cheetah Girls who recently put nude pics on the net.

For me, I just can't call this a coincidence because there are just so many different cases and virtually all of them end up following the same pattern.

There are numerous stories too of children disappearing at Disney World as well. As far as reliable facts, this cannot be confirmed however I can point to an article where this issue is discussed:

One thing that people don't speak of often is the Underground Tunnel Complex that is at Disney World. I have heard numerous reports from people who have actually been in these tunnels before and say that it's huge!

Here is some info:

Maybe there is more to this than just "delivering supplies" or who know what those supplies are. Again here, I am speculating however it's safe to say that Disney has some pretty dark history and some of the biggest names in show business that end up falling down the "rabbit hole" have their beginnings there.

Speaking of "down the rabbit hole", The Alice in Wonderland movie was said to be a symbolic tale of the brainwashing process. It is supposedly based off the idea of what is called the "Alice in Wonderland Confusion Technique" as I've heard it termed. It goes as follows:

Most so-called hypnotic or "confusion techniques" are designed to compel a listener to pay close, intense attention to someone who is speaking or presenting them information. In many situations, these techniques are designed to brainwash a subject, or at least make strong suggestions to them that will linger in their mind afterwards.

On the most basic level, using confusion and confusing language to get someone to pay attention to you is obvious. When you're listening to someone speak, and they appear to be making sense, but you are unable to follow the logic of their statements, you will pay closer attention. The "Alice in Wonderland" confusion technique merely takes this same principle to a more extreme level.

Essentially, the Alice in Wonderland technique uses confusion to replace a subject's accepted ideas about the world with false or nonsensical ones, much as the character of Alice is confronted by surreal or illogical goings-on once she makes the trip to Wonderland.

Typically, the technique involves two interrogators. The first poses a question to a subject that appears to be straightforward, but is on some level nonsensical and impossible to answer correctly. The second interrogator then interrupts with an unrelated and also impossible-to-answer question.

Questions continue to be asked in this manner, overlapping one another, for hours, days or even weeks...as long as it takes to thoroughly convince the subject that their situation has become illogical and to break down his or her resistance.

At this point, a person who previously was unwilling to accept a thesis that contradicted his or her worldview will become more open to suggestions or new ideas. They will accept that they will not be able to escape their situation through rational means, and will embrace irrationality as a means of escape.

Obviously, this technique is primarily useful for something like an interrogation, when the interviewers want to get information out of a subject, or with brainwashing, as one would find in a cult atmosphere. It has been suggested that the technique is employed in the Church of Scientology, but I could find no evidence online that this was actually true or false

This just falls into line with a whole line of different movies by Disney to accomplish mind altering ideas. One thing that people miss out on with their catching of Disney movies is Disney's OTHER movie company for adults called "Touchstone". Disney wanted to cover the adult market however they also wanted to keep their "kiddie" look as well so they just created a new movie company for cover. Once again, this is just the cameleon changing it's colors to mask it's intent.

Cathy O'Brien is one of the government slaves that ended up making it out of the sex slave trade. Here you can listen to some of her stories and things she experienced:

Bill Clinton even shows evidence of this:

Here he admits being "sorry" for all the mind control experiments even though they still go on:

If anyone has anything else to add from an esoteric standpoint, ritual or magical aspect.....please feel free to add.

Thanks for reading,

Cyber attack hits millions of federal workers

China in focus as cyber attack hits millions

Cyber investigators linked the breach to earlier thefts of healthcare records from Anthem Inc, the second largest U.S. health insurer, and Premera Blue Cross, a healthcare services provider.

In the latest in a string of intrusions into U.S. agencies' high-tech systems, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) suffered what appeared to be one of the largest breaches of information ever on government workers. The office handles employee records and security clearances.

A U.S. law enforcement source told Reuters a "foreign entity or government" was believed to be behind the cyber attack. Authorities were looking into a possible Chinese connection, a source close to the matter said.

A Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman said such accusations had been frequent of late and were irresponsible. Hacking attacks were often cross-border and hard to trace, he said.

The FBI said it was investigating and aimed to bring to account those .

Several U.S. states were already investigating a cyber attack on Anthem in February that a person familiar with the matter said is being examined for possible ties to China.

John Hultquist of Dallas-based iSight Partners told Reuters that the latest attack on OPM and the earlier breaches at Anthem and Premera Blue Cross appear to have been the work of cyber espionage hackers working on behalf of a state, not those focused on cybercrime.

He said they may have widened their net to gather personally identifiable information for more elaborate, finely-tuned attacks in the future. "This is usually done by criminals, but based on their behavior, we believe these are espionage actors," said Hultquist.

MALICIOUS ACTIVITY

OPM detected new malicious activity affecting its information systems in April and the Department of Homeland Security said it concluded at the beginning of May that the agency's data had been compromised and about 4 million workers may have been affected.

The agencies involved did not specify exactly what kind of information was accessed.

The breach hit OPM's IT systems and its data stored at the Department of the Interior's data center, a shared service center for federal agencies, a DHS official said on condition of anonymity. The official would not comment on whether other agencies' data had been affected.

OPM had previously been the victim of another cyber attack, as have various federal government computer systems at the State Department, the U.S. Postal Service and the White House.

Chinese hackers were blamed for penetrating OPM's computer networks last year, and hackers appeared to have targeted files on tens of thousands of employees who had applied for top-secret security clearances, the New York Times reported last July, citing unnamed U.S. officials.

"The FBI is working with our inter-agency partners to investigate this matter," the bureau said in a statement. "We take all potential threats to public and private sector systems seriously, and will continue to investigate and hold accountable those who pose a threat in cyberspace."

The U.S. government has long raised concerns about cyber spying and theft emanating from China and has urged Beijing to do more to curb the problem.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei told a regular daily news briefing in Beijing that China hoped the United States would have more trust and cooperate more.

"Without first thoroughly investigating, always saying that 'it's possible', this is irresponsible and unscientific," said Hong.

There was no comment from the White House.

Since the intrusion, OPM said it had implemented additional security precautions for its networks. It said it would notify the 4 million employees and offer credit monitoring and identity theft services to those affected.

RASH OF ATTACKS

"The last few months have seen a series of massive data breaches that have affected millions of Americans," U.S. Representative Adam Schiff, the ranking Democrat on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, said in a statement.

Tens of millions of records may have been lost in the attacks on Anthem and Premera Blue Cross.

iSight's Hultquist said similar methods, servers and habits of the attackers pointed to one state-sponsored group being responsible for all three breaches.

The largest federal employee union said it was working with the administration to ensure measures were taken to secure the personal information of affected employees. "AFGE will demand accountability," American Federation of Government Employees President J. David Cox Sr. said in a statement.

In April, President Barack Obama responded to a growing rash of attacks aimed at U.S. computer networks by launching a sanctions program to target individuals and groups outside the United States that use cyber attacks to threaten U.S. foreign policy, national security or economic stability.

The move followed indictments of five Chinese military officers who were charged with economic espionage. U.S. officials also pointed the finger directly at North Korea for a high-profile attack on Sony over a film spoof depicting the assassination of North Korea's leader.

China has routinely denied accusations by U.S. investigators that hackers backed by the Chinese government have been behind attacks on U.S. companies and federal agencies.

U.S. military officials have become increasingly vocal about cyber espionage and attacks launched by China, Russia and other rivals. A Pentagon report in April said hackers associated with the Chinese government repeatedly targeted U.S. military networks last year seeking intelligence.
