Also received the following:
Warning on my tv, say’s a biological weapon has been set off at a plant. All of contra costa county has been told to go indoors,shut all windows,all doors, seal all doors and windows,turn off all heaters and anything with a pilot light. Oh and said not to use the phone if possable.
