This was a neighbor's PC. She has the intellectual capacity of a 3rd grader. Who you gonna trust to know when to power down ALL devices? I cut my own power when Islamabad shut down my PC (luckily only the power went out ~ and four Transformers) But it could have been worse. Trust me. SCADA, Stuxnet, Oak Ridge or TVA.
