Had my mailbox broken into and police didn't even report it to crime reports and the Lieutenant managed to spell my name wrong on the report so the Fraud unit couldn't follow up. Charged $149 on my credit card. Was expecting 1098-T and tax transcripts, so only god knows what else was taken. Get it together, Metro. Quick!
