New Settlement Agreements Added to ADA.gov

Three new settlement agreements – Jet Set Line, Inc., AllTour of America, Inc., and VIP's Jet Tours Corp./Pegasus Transportation – that apply to a demand-responsive or fixed route system and over-the-road-buses, have been added to the ADA website, www.ADA.gov.   The agreements cover requirements for accessible service and operations, training for all employees and contractors about the requirements of the ADA, maintaining all lifts as required, and filing required annual reports. 

People interested in finding out more about the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Department’s transportation-related settlement agreements can access the ADA website at http://www.ada.gov or call the toll-free ADA Information Line at (800) 514-0301 or (800) 514-0383 (TTY).
