Evidence.

CUIT closed incident report and no one responded from Public Safety as I was told by the help-LESS desk every time I report security breach.

I filed multiple reports with all my ISPs that were compromised using a sophisticated hacking tools combined with social engineering techniques making it near impossible to explain to 99% of the human race who simply can not understand why I can't just fix it by changing my password.

I have been dealing with this ridiculous situation for so long that I am all too familiar with ignorant and judgmental InfoSec elitist and law enforcement who seem to think a stolen cellphone does not warrant a police report or follow up call to Computer Crimes and the Fraud Unit.

Although I am quite familiar with the "CyberSecurity" "industry, I am more concerned by the lack of research, evaluation, and implementation of effective policies addressing the problem in education, law enforcement and by the court system.

This paper will (or will not) address:

CyberCrimes

CyberBullying (minors only)

CyberStalking

CyberLibel

CyberSecurity

CyberWar

CyberTerrorism

Because none of you fuckers seem to know the difference.

I was in the "New" Times Square earlier this evening and thought of you
when I passed the Letterman theatre.

Hi Elyssa,

We have had a very stressful time. On Thursday evening February 24th our

house burned. Len was in Philadelphia at a meeting and I was at the Green

Hill Cinema with a friend.Our neighbors across the street saw 30 ft flames

shooting out of the roof and called the fire department. It took two hours

to find me and so I missed most of the excitement. The fire started in some

wiring in the attic and consumed the roof, master bedroom, master bath,

guest bath, Len's office Suzanne's room/my office, the entire upstairs

hallway( all the pictures are gone) as well as part of the living room and

kitchen. The downstairs only suffered smoke and water damage. We are

rebuilding and working with a good contractor and a very nice insurance

adjuster.They are now removing all the charred debris. The house is down to

the frame and without a roof. When they begin rebuilding it will be 4-6

months before we can move back in.We are living at the

Grove at Richland, which is OK. The biggest job for Len and I is compiling

lists of things we lost for the insurance company We have lost all our

furniture, artwork, electronics etc. It is an enormous task and I am

exhausted because we are still working and must do all this in a spare time.

Josh loves Miami and just returned on Sunday from two weeks in Costa Rico as

part of a class he is taking.

I hope to visit NY next month and maybe we can see you.
