DailyDDoSe July 23, 2012 - Official USPTO Notification: OG Publication Confirmation

Hold on to this for me, please!

I got a book deal but my publisher wants me to use a Pen name because of all the fake accounts that were started using my photos, certificate authorities (Comodo, Skype, Yahoo, Google, Hotmail) have destroyed my professional credibility and my publications have been systematically removed from the public domain.

Spoke to several attorneys I trust and respect, and I can sue the hackers who are using "Social Engineering" to create fake personas online and apparently file frivolous complaints and reports to the police and others to create chaos and confusion over my true identity.  The police responded to my apartment and made several mistakes in the report. They claimed (four officers, including Lieutenant said that I called them, which I did not.).

They also made some procedural errors, and treated me (the victim) with complete disregard to standard procedure and solicited additional complaints from neighbors with criminal records and violent histories to support their erroneous (manufactured) and false account of the events leading up to larceny, assault, fraud and reckless endangerment.

Chastised me for accepting help from a neighbor to help put up curtains. Told me I should never let anyone inside my home.

Funny, because a few months earlier the same cops told me not to leave my home because of the violent crime rate     in my neighborhood.

In short, these police complaints are either false, coerced, manufactured or all of the above. I never called them.

Cell phone spoofing and fake postings on the Internet by Lulz AntiSec provide circumstantial and bogus evidence that leads ignorant strangers far and near to believe I am crazy and maybe even dangerous despite the fact that I have no history of violence.

This has made my life a living hell~ and while they deserve to be sued for their outrageous behavior,  I would rather see them in prison for breaking so many federal laws.

What I want:

1. The awful lies and disinformation removed from the DefCon web forum.

 2. To be reimbursed for the cost of destroying my hardware on multiple devices ~ cell phones, netbooks, laptops, desktop computers... Including any PC I logged into to anywhere! Friends PCs, Coffee Shops, even Columbia had university wide DDoS when I met with the director of academic computing.

And! Most of all, I want the Harrassment to stop, and the false complaints investigated.

I won't ask for an internal audit, I already know one is in place.

I am willing to keep my mouth shut about what I know and what I can prove in exchange for a sincere apology and a thorough Investigation into the crimes that reported and verified by third parties.

Last but not least, get the surveillance tapes and respond to felony assaults, attempted murder, witness intimidation and spell my name correctly on the reports.

I know more than you think. Don't mistake my silence for fear. It is merely a peace offering so I can pick up where I left off someplace where I will be treated with respect for my work and years of volunteer service to a city who conveniently forgot who I am and all that I have done to make this a better community for everyone but myself.

To be continued... I have security breach and need to get in touch with   to make sure I am protected against future warrantless searches, and harassment.  I have located independent forensics report and want to review the new information myself.

I want to thank the people who reaching out to me and working together in a jurisdiction where law enforcement and the press are actually doing their job: Investigating and reporting these crimes. Thank god they have the forensics to corroborate what I already reported, and the motivation and LOCAL support to help nail these sick bastards.

Phone records already online. Too bad library is closed on Monday. Law library sounds good. Membership has it's privileges.

Important Message about Nashville Community Organizers, TNDP and OFA

May 12, 2010 at 10:09 AM

What an it interesting twist of fate.

So the Queen steps without naming an heir, and takes they whole
"community" with her.

What an brilliant demonstration of leadership gone bad. So that's two.

It was my understanding that the core concept of #OFA was that
community organizers rely on grass roots and heart of the community.

The turf wars at TNDP and NCO served only one purpose, the political
agenda was more like a pulpit for shameless self-promotion. As a
result Tennessee has continues to move further way from the core
principles of progressive voters across the state.

Personal agendas took priority over policy initiatives and we are
certainly no closer to being anywhere near the place we need to be.
I no longer affiliate with the TN Democratic party despite my long
standing record of being an active member of many local, national and
International organizations promoting human rights and justice for
all.

As a result I no longer volunteer or align myself with any "political" party.

I watched from afar as the TNDP and NCO claimed OWNERSHIP of other
community agencies. Including Nashville for All of Us.

To alienate so many so quickly, it tells me that my instincts were
right on target.

I received multiple emails and action alerts all claiming to Speak for of OFA.

Upon further inspection, it became clear that this was one individual
was pushing a personal agenda. To be an effective community organizer
on must keep the emphasis on "community" rather than "leadership"

I think is certainly a step in the right direction. Maybe there still
is a Nashville for All of Us.

Truly disgraceful demonstration of poor leadership, dedication and character.

An Open Letter to the TNDP

June 24, 2009

Dear Mr Forrester:

I have a HUGE problem with the "Chip in for Chip Campaign" I feel this is a grievous misrepresentation of the TNDP and the incestuous affiliation it appears to have with the NCO.

What an awful way to start you tenure and try to gain support from local, vocal advocates and activists like myself. http://www.actblue.com/page/chipin

Unfortunately, duty calls, and I don't have the time to fully express just how disturbed I was by how betrayed I feel by the TNDP that caused me to question the ethics of my own party. a breach of ethics within the Democratic party.

But rest assured I will return to this topic with further details, and a copy of a letter I received from one of of your staff members the day after we discussed the possibility of summoning volunteers from the health care lobby to get your new office up and running.

Although you did invite me both verbally and through e-mail, I was told by one of your staffers that I was not welcome since I "Chip doesn't even know you, AND because I did not even volunteer at the Obama Headquarters."

Sorry-- I was hitting the streets with Health Care for America Now [HCAN] and manning the phones for Cover the Uninsured.

This campaign was misrepresented to me as a non-profit supporting the community through and by local activists and advocates right here in Nashville.

The website revisions validate that transformation from as the NCO slowly morphed into the TNDP.

This kind of and followed up with one of the most disgusting displays of all the things ugly we hate about politics.

NCO is NOT act blue. As a former lobbyist, I am deeply offended by the ethics and misrepresentation of the TNDP. Especially after being told I am not a welcome volunteer at YOUR office.

Bad business, Chip.

It is unfortunate that you have surrounded yourself with people who are working against you to further their own political agenda hoping they may someday replace you.

It was interesting to watch how quickly the dispersed when the "Chips were down."

As a life-long democrat who missed only one election since I turned 18, I truly hope your staff (especially the "NCO" can recognize how seriously they are jeopardizing and alienating members of the Democratic party.

Unfortunately, I can't donate money, but I would have more than happy to volunteer time. Therefore, I am formally requesting a refund of the $5.44 I donated online.

I shared the letter with a friend in the Republican Party because it was so offensive and shocking. I think you deserve a copy as well. I will try to get that o you in the near future.

Please note, it is not personal against you, but In the meantime, I would like to formally request a refund of $5.44. You can make it payable to charity of MY choice, however since I am unemployed and on disability, I wouldn't object if you made the check out to "cash."

Sincerely yours,

Elyssa Durant, Ed.M.
Nashville, Tennessee

Because THIS is how the Tennessee Democratic Party treats volunteers in "The Volunteer State"

So, no. Don't ask me to "chip in for Chip Forrester" or donate money to any of the people associated with this organization.

To quote Kathy, "it's just not happening." ELyssa Durant, Ed.M.

You're not on it. Chip doesn't know you, hasn't worked with you, and hasn't even met you, Elyssa. You've got a good heart with great intentions, but you're just being too aggressive right now and it's having an opposite effect than what you want. The Obama-Biden Transition Project

Drastic Times Call for Drastic Measures

Elyssa Durant

"We're often asked how we plan to take this unique moment in history - when a grassroots movement for change elected a president - and turn it into a force that can build stronger communities, block by block." -The Obama-Biden Transition Project http://change.gov

As I was thinking about how to respond to the numerous requests the Obama Transition Team that has been sending out to community organizers, political activists, advocates and non-profits across the country, I am reminded of the days I spent living on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

At the time, in the mid to late 1990's, the American Sociological Association (ASA) held its annual conference in New York City. Prior to that meeting, they sent out a fact sheet that may be of interest to ASA members. In this sheet, they too described the same social conditions and asked their members to take note of the changes that occur at 96th Street.

Oddly enough, the very same area was undergoing rapid transformation and gentrification at the time Mayor Rudolph Giuliani took office. As described by the ASA and other political sociologists, the South Bronx is one of the most severely segregated and poorest Congressional Districts in the United States. The members of this community have been segregated into a hell plagued with sickness, violence and despair. Kozol argues that this strategic placement serves to isolate the rich from the realities they have thrust upon their fellow man. New Yorkers do not stroll through the streets of Mott Haven, and taxicabs take no short cuts through Beekman Avenue. Many taxicabs will not even venture past East 96th Street. Out of sight is out of mind.

There is no excuse for the living conditions of these children and their families. No person should be forced into an apartment that has a higher ratio of cockroaches and rats than to human beings.

These children are desperately in need of the best schools, yet we give them the worst. They have few libraries, few safe havens, few doctors, and few role models. They have every reason to believe that they are throwaway children and we have certainly not shown them anything else. The social services we have provided are a bureaucratic nightmare. People in need are treated as sub-human, and made to feel ashamed of being poor.

These are among the sickest children in the world. Americans claim to be dedicated to the children and fool ourselves into believing that we are doing them a favor by providing them with medical care, public education, and public housing. Yet, the quality of their neighborhoods speaks volumes of our sentiment and intentions.

Shortly after the publication of Amazing Grace, managed care rapidly moved onto the New York scene. Around the same time, the Mayor announced he would be closing some of the hospitals that served the poorest of the poor because of financial problems associated with payment and large trauma departments.

Kozol makes the point that people could attempt to gain admissions at a better hospital than Bronx-Lebanon; yet, the privatization of Medicaid made this completely impossible. Further restrictions on medical care are inevitable as a direct result of Medicaid managed care plans. The law is not designed to protect the poor, the fragile, and the disenfranchised.

This was made obvious in a recent conversation I had with a friend who practices emergency medicine on the elite Upper East Side of Manhattan. My friend works as a board certified trauma physician at a private hospital on the Upper East Side. The last black patient he treated at Beth Israel was famed rock singer Michael Jackson.

This is the reality. The best doctors treat the healthy and wealthy instead of the people who have the greatest need. They give no thought to the equitable distribution of services; they just file insurance claims and billing statements. Doctors should consider who stands to could benefit the most from their skill and experience. Perhaps we should invert the payment schedule so physicians and other health care providers should receive a higher rate of reimbursement for treating the most vulnerable populations.

Patients with the greatest need get the worst care.

Great teachers teach great students in great neighborhoods.

This makes no sense!

And we wonder why the division between the have and the have-nots continues to grow?

People often ask me why I am so angry about the living conditions of poor urban minorities. My response-Why aren't you? I cannot be the only one who places human kindness, dignity, and integrity above the lure of the almighty dollar!

We should feel enraged by the way we treat our own citizens. Children who did not ask to be born into poverty and substandard living conditions.

I have thought for many years that the system is upside down, and I become more and more convinced of that as I grow older.

To paraphrase the message of the new Windows Vista commercial, The Mayor's of Nashville's winning campaign.... it is all connected....

Clearly there is a level of inter-connectedness that exists between the various sectors of the American marketplace and economy otherwise Washington would not be at a complete standstill trying to figure out what to tweak, where, and just how much...

Did it really take a $700 Billion wake up call for our citizens to realize that that all is not well in America. It is time to get real about healthcare. It is time to get real about education. It is time to get real about the cost of education. It is time to get real about this god-forsaken war that we are still in! This country is in desperate need of a wake-up call, and we must develop a course of action that embraces a multi-dimensional approach and vast restructuring of the laissez faire way of regulating healthcare in the past.

Similarly, many different things influence the human condition by upsetting the delicate balance between those who can and those who do. We need to focus on improving the lives of those who might... People who can and do amazing things when given the chance. People who can excel under the right set of circumstances given the right support, the right guidance, the right tools, and the right opportunities. People who may not have the monetary (financial) resources to invest in themselves, their families, or their communities.

If we are to find some resolution to the unprecedented, simultaneous collapse of the economy, the market place and/or government and the collapsing housing market in United States, it seems obvious that people, the economy, healthcare, education confidence and faith in the American people it is time to take drastic efforts to strengthen our greatest asset and hope for the future: Our children!

We must take action on a number of fronts to create some type of stability in our country, our economy, and the international marketplace. We need to start here, now, in our own communities, schools, and invest in ourselves.

Look at the facts; if we get healthy, they go broke! So let's shake it up a bit, and turn this sad state of affairs upside down!

I am not for sale, yet my healthcare company pimps me out based upon their ability to negotiate with fat cat for profit healthcare giants like HCA and First Health who are by no means the business to make people well! It does not take a rocket scientist to see the perverse incentive to keep people sick and dependent upon costly medications and treatment protocols.

Education:

Next year, I want Harvard to take in the worst students. Take the worst students who would not have made it past the front door of the admissions office. Take the worst students. Students who did not break a thousand on their SATs and barely made it through watered-down high school curriculum. Let them benefit from a first class education.

Guess what Harvard? The smart kids don't need you! They are already ahead of the game. We can sit them in a corner for a year or two because they do not need the Ivy League to succeed. By definition, they are already streamlined for success and they will no doubt be great with or without you!

There is no doubt that the prevalence of violence in urban neighborhoods affects the ability of children to perform well in school. There is a large body of empirical evidence that demonstrates the effects of chronic stress on memory and the learning process. Rather than taking the children out of these communities, we have constructed prison like buildings for them to attend school. They routinely have gunfire drills reminding them that danger is never far behind.

Children cannot learn in this environment. This constant stress triggers "hot-memory." Hot memory can be thought of as learning with your heart and not your mind. It is no wonder children perform inadequately in this environment. It is bad enough that children live in such conditions, must we educate in them too. If we want underprivileged children to learn and grow spiritually, we must create an environment that allows their cool memory systems to take over. It is only under these conditions that children will permit themselves to learn and develop their intellectual strengths.

We have failed to create a safe home environment for urban children, but we can give serious thought to creating a school environment outside of the community so they have fewer fear-driven hours each day.

It is any wonder that these children perform poorly in school. By every measure, these children are destined for failure. Their home life is less than enchanting, and they do not benefit from enriched environments and educated parents. Certainly, there are many dedicated parents who care about their children, but is that enough? When I was in school, children frequently asked the teacher, how this would help later in life. As a young girl in a suburban classroom, there was an unequivocal reply, but it could be argued that what children in the South Bronx need to learn cannot be taught in the classroom.

Studies consistently report lower academic achievement in urban neighborhoods like Mott Haven in the South Bronx. Children growing up in urban neighborhoods have a much higher incidence of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Most researchers believe this to be the direct result of living in stressed communities plagued with street crime and violence. The potential impact of chronic stress on academic performance and achievement is not known, but reading scores in neighborhoods like Mott Haven certainly seem to indicate some type of causal relationship. There is virtually no research on looking at the long-term effects of this inflated incidence of PTSD among urban populations. It is important to develop an understanding of the effects of fear on the academic performance of urban adolescents so we can begin to dismantle the myths regarding school performance and minority children.

Under these conditions, it is not surprising to learn that students also report pervasive feelings of fear and do not feel secure despite the added presence of security personnel on school grounds. For these students, school is a mere extension of the violent communities in which they live.

Since urban communities have many different sources of stress, it is important to examine how school policies contribute to the learning environment in public schools. The quick response has been to install weapons detectors and hire school security for urban schools. The presence of school security certainly affects the climate of American public schools and sends a symbolic message to members of the community, the world, and especially the students themselves regarding the role they are expected to play as they mature into adolescents and young adulthood.

The school rules mimic are not unlike those one might expect to find in a state prison. Students are rewarded for obedience and they are taught to follow the rules rather than to think critically. On the back of the No Child Left Behind legislation, we indoctrinate our youngest members of society with "core curriculum" and "Back to Basics." Students across the country are judged on their ability to regurgitate facts on high-stakes standardized tests.

Lesson plans are filled with repetition exercises and workbook pages rather than student projects or classroom discussion. We teach conformity, rules, and limits. We teach kids to be blind followers. The skills we are teaching are better suited for prison rather than the real world. Teachers are teaching the kids to follow rules, to conform, and to reward obedience rather than creativity.

The secured environment is an indication of the roles students are expected to play later in life. This is a lesson they will not soon forget. School rules and core curriculum makes classroom silencing an everyday event in the urban classroom. And as my list of "off-limit" subject matter grows longer each term, the need to bring such things into the dialogue becomes more and more apparent. I actually have a printed list of topics that I am forbidden to discuss in the classroom: The election, politics, race, religion, suicide, pregnancy. The more topics they add, the more relevant they become. The unspoken truth has becomes louder and louder the more we are silenced. There is a big pink elephant standing in the middle of my classroom! There is a big pink elephant in the middle of our community!

By focusing on student behavior rather than student skills, knowledge, and achievement, we are showing all members of the school, the community, and the children themselves that we have already given up. Together, the urban public school and the community it serves are a constant reminder of the perpetual cycle of poverty and the poor living conditions and social reality that continue to plague urban America.

Kozol makes it quite clear that there are several exceptional children in this community. There are probably as many exceptional children here as every other community around the country, yet, so few of them will make it out of the South Bronx. Kozol is careful not to dwell on the exceptional cases of children who successfully navigate their way into the main stream of society. Kozol does this so we do not develop a false sense of hope. If we cling to a few exceptional cases, we may come to believe that what we are giving enough to children like Anthony or Anabelle.

Clearly, we can do more. Failure should be the exception-not the rule. Success should be the norm, and until it is, we should not give up hope for these children.

This is our time to let our voices be heard. Any number of social justice agencies from moveon.org, to Cover the Uninsured, to Families USA, Center for Community Change, Health Care for America Now; have opened the blogosphere so that everyday common folk like you and I can submit our opinions to the Transition Team in Washington.

They are begging us to participate, to give our opinions, to let our voices be heard. They need our help. Let us make this the country we are proud to call home. Let this be a new beginning for us all, and let us make this a land of real opportunity.

America claims to be dedicated to equal opportunity, yet equality is not sufficient in a urban communities. These kids need more. We need to think about equity, not equality. It is not enough to hide them away. Be silenced no more!

Politics of Personal Destruction: Rep Briley [Sorry Works 9.4.2008]

Sorry Works!

We live in a society where no one accepts responsibility for their mistakes, no one is held accountable for their actions, and no one, EVER says they are sorry.
Let me you a small glimpse inside the day in the of un/underemployed where I spend day after day after may doing the same thing without any result: I can only offer you a glimpse into day in the life because there is no room left sit in my car, and I believe my apartment may actually be a fire hazard...  This was my daily update posted at 7:30am:

I have done everything humanly possible to clean up the slack; however, I feel I have no other choice than to file a formal complaint so that my entire case is reviewed.  The numbers of mistakes are so overwhelming that I simply do not have enough time to documents each one with the respective agency.
I will try to be more specific later without going into too much detail, but unfortunately, that level of detail is required to file the necessary appeals.  Ironic huh?  This apartment is like my own little cage, and I am just pathetic enough to run around in circles, hoping to find the much like a hamster wheel, rodent chasing in circles hoping to found my way out my way out before I run out air.  If only I had finished my damn PhD, I would do my own case study or reality show on how far we will go to have nothing at all...
I have taken care of the subrogation claim, however, that does not minimize my level of frustration because I am DROWNING in paperwork.  I have contacted several agencies for assistance such as the Disability Law and Advocacy Center; however, I do not have the resources necessary to provide them with a timely response and additional d0cumentation they would lead to do a thorough investigation.  There is a very small window of time permitted to file a Request Reconsideration, or file administrative appeal.
This is not new information to anyone who has been reading this message-- and if it is, then the agency involved is in much worse shape than I believed.  I WANT A RESPONSE~ I WANT AN EXPLANATION- and oddly enough, I WANT AN APOLOGY!
The simple fact that the only time I received a response from MH was when the "fraud" was entered into the conversation.  Yet I was not the one who introduced it into the dialogue.  It is very unfortunate that my advocate from the DLAC retired just days before we were scheduled to review my case.  That was three years ago, and not a single person who sat in on that meeting has acknowledged that it even took place.  So here we are, three years later, and I am asking for the exact same things: assistance filing a social security appeal, vocational rehabilitation, and to be treated with a shred of common courtesy.  I cannot believe I have to spell that out for you.
For anyone.  Professional or otherwise.  Has no one read my file?  Because anyone who has would understand why I find it to be beyond comprehension that trained mental health professionals would do this to any human being, obsessive compulsive or not.  Since I first moved to Nashville, I worked very hard to improve community services and de-stigmatized mental illness, yet here I have to say this AGAIN, Aloud.
I guess no one remembers that I am almost the same person I was when I first moved down here.  Actually, that not true.  I am FAR WORSE, and feel as though I have been stripped of my dignity, professionalism, and any hope I once had to go back to work and be integrated into the world of the living.
I do not even feel comfortable in attending the very came community activities that I used to help to plan.  I am so completely baffled and just plain horrified that I actually have to say these things aloud.
There is local attorney I have known or many years.  He recently made some very serious, very public, and very embarrassing mistakes.  Prior to that event, he worked on legislation capping damages in medical malpractice claims.  He had an expression that he would use quite often and that was, "Sorry Works!”  He was right.  "Sorry" does work, yet still have not heard it being said.  Ultimately, those two little words became the driving force behind his political legacy and the force at the core of his being when he went in to recovery.  The last interview he did on TV, he old the reporter that he does not wish to be remembered for the mistakes, but how went about correcting them.  People, listen up, "SORRY WORKS!"

I also want to be clear that every time I have to call Social Security or DHS, it only compounds my cost of living expenses (40 cents per minute on the telephone -- a bill which is not even considered to be a justifiable expense) Most agencies do not include self-addressed stamped envelopes, and I can not afford the postage required to mail out all of the requested documentation (e.g., utility bills, medical bills, pay stubs, etc.)  So when one your employees tells me that he has removed himself from my case, I should not have to spend 29 minutes on old with the Social Security Administration just to learn that he was trying to intimidate me by threatening to have my funds frozen immediately.  I think I should be reimbursed for that phone call.  I think he should have to pay out of his own pocket.

That statement was made not only to me, but also in front if other employees at your agency.  It is not only irresponsible and unprofessional, but it also probably illegal, and justifies the complaint I will be filing against him in order to re-cap dome the damages.  It is called breach of fiduciary duty, although I expect you probably already know that, but if you do not, you should look it up along with subrogation, since I am sure that one falls should the scope of services you were contracted to provide for at that time.
Fortunately, a number of agencies will take online complaints.  Unfortunately, my internet was interrupted for non-payment for several weeks and their is no funding resource or community agency that provides subsidized Internet access or free printer ink.  Transportation costs are ridiculous so going to the library is not an option.  Neither is returning to work right now, since it would cost too much to get to the interview or provide official (expensive) copies of my graduate school transcripts necessary to update my teaching credentials, were oh, such a good investment!
Set aside, I am not the most user friendly person right about now, so I have found it difficult to put on a happy face so I can work at McDonald's which pays more than Metro anyway.
The subrogation claim has been resolved but I just learned that my breast biopsy was not pre-authorized and I was told by my INSURANCE CSR (the person who answers the phone!) that I should not have the surgery that has already been scheduled at the Women's Hospital for 8/21/2008.  AmeriChoice (United Healthcare) did not authorize the biopsy last month, and have not, as of yet, received a request prior authorization for the surgery next week...
This was a lovely 54 minute conversation because he would not mail me copies of my EOBs or confirm that what, if any, requests have been submitted for payment since my last inquiry and change of address.  He finally told me to call the state (Tennessee) which I have already done several times, and they told me to call Social Security but it was already past business hours and I am not authorized to make changes to my file anyway.
I will be in touch when I can.  Unfortunately, each agency has different deadlines, and it takes a lot of energy and time to scan in, copy, or respond to each inquiry in writing, so I find myself running out of time since I cannot seem to get anything done unless I just do nothing at all.
And even though my life is a living hell, I have almost learned how to enjoy the sheer irony of it all... for someone with OCD and posttraumatic stress, this is truly a ridiculous little experiment.
I am becoming increasingly inspired to just burn every last document I own, throw away my keys and my cell phone and take Spotty some place where we can live off the land and ignore the fact that society has me chained to a computer screen that screen that does provide the basic necessities I need to live in this .
I have come this far, and I am becoming rather skilled and at expressing myself without needing an audience or the obsessive need to check every fact, throw, and typo for capitalization and perfection.
So for now...  I write.
Maybe later, I will read, but if there is any justice left in this world, someday, I will actually live.
Good-bye for now.  I need a break.
With love,

Dear Mr. Mazer:
I tried to reach you yesterday afternoon, but was unable to catch you on the telephone.
I spoke with one of the attorneys in my dad's office to discuss my concerns regarding the way Ms. [omitted- sorry works -forgiven-]  has handled the situation with Section 8, HIPAA concerns, and her failure to respond to any of my calls regarding the situation at Village Place (the lease clearly states that violence against other tenants will result in immediate eviction within three days)
I provided Ms. [omitted-forgiven]  with documentation after I was assaulted by Timothy Roan and Margina Birch several days after the incident in November of 2011. It was my understanding that they UHS was in the process of evicting them after Mr. Brooks spoke with her a few days after Mr. Roan threw a brick at my head and broke the safety glass in Building C.
I spoke with Mr. Brooks last night and he told me that he also provided her with two formal complaint forms the same week, yet no action was taken by the property management and Mr. Roan continues to live there despite violating the terms of the lease and UHS' zero tolerance policy.
The Judge told Ms. Birch in no uncertain terms that she must stay at least 30 feet away from me as a condition of her probation. He was very clear about this, and explained to her in open court that SHE must stay away from me and not the other way around.
Judge Nixon is very direct and specific about this condition of her probation, and said in no uncertain terms that as the victim I am free to go anywhere I wish, but if she sees me anywhere, she "must turn and run in the opposite direction."
It was not my idea to move, and as the victim, Mr. Lawrence and Ms. Campbell suggested I move to another property due to the ongoing violence at Village Place that prompted Rusty and Metro PD to install a crime suppression unit since the crime problem continued to escalate and several other tenants have been injured and victimized by the very same people I complained about when I discussed the situation with Rusty just before the hearing on February 13, 2012.
Despite evidence to the contrary, I have been told by multiple people at my new residence that the "monitor" Vernon, told several of my neighbors that a "paranoid schizophrenic" was moving in and told them that they would get "in trouble" with the police due to all of the problems I caused at Village Place.
1. I have never been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia or anything remotely close.
2. If I were a paranoid schizophrenic, it would be reckless and irresponsible for a "monitor" with no medical or legal  authority to disclose that information to my neighbors, (and pretty stupid too.) These people are violent and easily manipulated by faux authority figures.
3. The fact that the monitor would have access to protected health information would not only require a signed authorized release under HIPAA; but
4. Would be a violation to disclose any such information to a third party without my signed consent in pursuant to state and federal law (HIPAA; TCA Code Annotated Title 33)
5. Aside from being completely untrue, it is completely outrageous for him to be discussing anything about my personal affairs and completely undermines the purpose of relocating to another property!
I can't impress upon you enough how seriously I take this. As a former therapist and policy adviser for the State of Tennessee, I take these issues very seriously and spent the better part of my career advocating for policies and programs that provide access and opportunity for people diagnosed with an SPMI and working on grants that provide money and programs so places like Urban Housing Solutions can exist.
Heartbreaking.
I will stop by the office to sign the lease at my earliest possible convenience. I am physically Ill from the stress and have a 14mm tumor on my spine. There is only so much I can do and had an extremely busy and stressful schedule this week and spent several hours on the phone and in meetings that were far more important than entertaining Ms.[omitted] and her list of demands.
I spoke with the Section 8 Supervisor and the Police Lieutenant and I can assure you that the only thing that places my Section 8 eligibility status in jeopardy is Ms. [pending-apology] failure to file the "Request for Tenancy" that as of yesterday afternoon was mysteriously absent from the supervisors records. In other words, Ms. [reserved-omitted] lied to us both and was foolish enough to put it in writing.
I do not like being lied to and bullied by anyone, but find it particularly offensive when those lies are intended to belittle and insult my Intelligence and integrity.
Please try to put yourself in my position for just a moment and think how you would feel if you were being threatened by someone who is unaware that you have dedicated the better part of your life to improve living conditions and provide opportunity for people less fortunate than yourself. Now think about what it feels like to be threatened and lied to by the very same people who have benefitted from those efforts.
And they never say, "thank you."

Equity in Education - Are Minorities to Blame for Failure in Metro Nashville Public Schools? by Elyssa Durant, Ed.M. Yahoo! Voices - voices.yahoo.com

The Nashville City Paper previously reported that African-American students were out-performed by their white counterparts on the ACT (Metro ACT scores drop; Tennessee reaches new high, 2007).

Given what is currently at stake in Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS), such casual reporting of racial discrepancy in test scores is irresponsible at best: Does this mean that white children are better students than their black and Hispanic classmates?

What's next for Nashville? Are minorities to blame for our failure to meet the benchmarks set forth in the No Child Left Behind legislation? High-stakes, standardized entrance exams are not only culturally biased, but also politically motivated in their agenda to help bring back a return to basics type of core-curriculum.

Studies in both the sociology and politics of educational evaluation have consistently shown that standardized entrance exams such as the SAT and ACT do not accurately predict academic performance at the college level.

Given the official release of performance data by MNPS officials, I am concerned that less curious readers may place too much attention to such details and misconstrue this information making voluntary, de-facto desegregation less attractive to schools that did not quite make the grade last academic term.

If, as stated in Wednesday's article, the ACT is a curriculum-based measure of readiness in English, mathematics, reading and science, then all these scores show us is that we have failed in our mission to provide an adequate education for all our citizens.

I am not sure exactly what readiness is, but I am certain that our schools are failing miserably at educating those children who need us the most. Let's level the playing field for a change and start talking about equity in education if we truly expect teachers to leave no child behind, we must first give them the tools they need to move forward.

BREAKING UPDATE: Suspicious Behavior in Tennessee

BREAKING UPDATE: Suspicious Behavior in Tennessee

Uploaded by elyssadurant on Feb 20, 2012

Most have no tags or temporary tags... But the latest weapon of mass deception are vehicles that have TWO tags from different states!

Specifically Tennessee and Kentucky.

Black Army? Heroes? Hell NO!

Only cowards have to hide behind bullet proof glass and opaque black tinted windows.

Go USA! God bless America!

This is some of the creepiest shit I have ever seen but was unable to upload live footage since my internet suddenly got disconnected.

Garbage Trucks with liquid tanks using hoses and flashlights in back alleys; hiding behind dumpsters; turning off headlights to avoid detection?

THAT'S FUCKING SUSPICIOUS

School busses and taxis parked for hours with strobe lights using GPS 4D technology for surveillance -- that is fed to four separate locations and stored on USB!

All utility companies now have sub-contractors rewiring shit without any ID, temporary tags and plates from multiple states... No way to verify identity workers caught on film jumping out of running vehicles and cutting wires at utility poles?

THAT'S FUCKING SUSPICIOUS!

Juris Diction: The New World Order, Nashville, TN

Ironic: You can't get rid of the cops, I can't get them to show up. This stinks of Illuminati, NWO, CIA, BO!

Forget about Nashville, it's too late. Now beam me up, this planet sucks!

PART ONE:

Good morning. I am writing to you from Nashville, Tennessee, United States of America. The date is January 28, 2011 and the time is 6:45 am. I got this contact address from Access Denied / Whistleblowers Site on the Trance Formation of America website which I was given from "a friend" in the United States Military who remains anonymous. http://www.trance-formation.com

I have recently been contacted by someone I believe to be working with Black Ops after having a bizarre experience with someone who exhibited all the behaviours typical of a "Monarch" They asked me questions that made no sense to me, for example "who is your handler?" I think once they determined I am not a Monarch they provided me with a list of links which have since been deleted but I made back up file. The events were so bizarre that I had terrible nightmares. The "monarch" said things that were apparently supposed to trigger a response - trauma relevant words ("FIRE") I was in NYC on 9/11

There has been no contact for 48 hours but shortly after it ended I came home and learned my neighbour had been murdered. There was also a bizarre hostage situation next door with about 16 cops/military sharp shooters with automatic rifles. My bloodline leads to Vienna. My father went to Harvard Law with many illuminati. I am full blooded Jewish but my brothers are not. They asked me a lot of questions about my lineage, "Is your mother Jewish. And your brother David?" I have long been fighting a battle with the state and US government over a tax and Social Security dispute to no avail. I eventually came to believe that I was somehow being silenced due to knowledge I had about a number of CIA & FBI undercover operations that occurred during the late 70's and 1980s which culminated in a trial for police officers that were working as an elite narcotics squad under the authority of the Reagan admins War on Drugs - hand selected by Bill Bennett the drug czar. I don't think it's a coincidence that my father was involved with the FBI COINTELPRO unit OR that his racquetball partner is Bill Bennett. He has since left (supposedly) the employ of the United States government and is now doing White Collar Criminal Defense work with some of the most notorious bankers involved with the recent scandals (eg Madoff, Martin A. Armstrong who is a whistleblower now serving time for manipulating the gold and silver market CFTC, GATA)

In short, it now appears that events I wanted to believe were random (i reported a shooting in the apartment downstairs from me because one of the bullets hit my window) and once the cops arrived I was lead to believe that would put me in protection if I told them about the excessive drug activity occurring in my neighbourhood. Instead of providing protection I was brutally assaulted by two men who had covered their badges and the hospital had ALL the wrong patient information on file. I reported this to the state and was told that it was a high priority investigation only to learn that the complaint and medical records were "lost."

I used to work for the state as a contract employee investigating and auditing medical records and complaints in the Office of Consumer Affairs. I personally have written correspondence for the Governor of Tennessee. Records like that do NOT get "lost" from there the situation only got worse but I won't go into further detail right now. This latest incident now has me questioning whether these "random" events may be more serious and intertwined than I previously believed. I am now wondering whether these events are somehow being orchestrated by major players far greater than anything I imagined. Specifically, the New World Order (NWO) I Had never even heard of the New World Order before I got on Twitter. I believe the "good guys" gave me information on Cathy O'Brien and Mark Phillips for a reason. I live in Nashville, Tennessee. I even know the judge assigned to the case since I used to work along side him at the Vanderbilt Institute for Public Policy Studies while I was enrolled in the doctoral program at Vanderbilt University from 1996-1999. I don't know if this is over or just beginning but having read the file I was given on the NWO and Monarch training and Nazi Mind Control Techniques I am quote certain this latest "event" is NOT an accident. This woman exhibited every "alter" except Δ (delta)

She failed. I'm still alive and I do not surrender. Please tell me how I can get on touch with Mark Phillips who I believe has some experience working with these people.

Thank you,

Elyssa Durant, Ed.M.

PART TWO:

Several months have passed since I returned "home" to Tennessee from the Rocking V Lodge in Jackson, Wyoming.

Yes, I knew something was wrong. Nobody buys a stranger a one way ticket on 48 hours notice~ especially without confirming travel arrangements or scheduling UNLESS they have a reason to isolate that person from any and all things familiar and comfortable.

Everyone wants to believe I am p@ranoid, delusional or inherently evil to justify their indifference, apathy and complete and total failure to recogmize what is now obvious to people around the globe.

This was an organized but poorly executed plan to remove any and all traces of ElyssaD from the internet, public, and world of the living.

I have analyzed and traces the data and communications with a fine tooth comb. This was exactly what I feared from day one. And only after having irrefutable evidence that Miss Rockingjude is in fact a mind controlled slave for the CIA and the NWO.

Also known as "The Company"

I do not need to "explain myself" or justify that statement. Because I have uncovered a trail pf evidence so condemning that I would rather "shock and awe" than waste my time with sheeple who are too stupid or too afraid to see what is right on front of them.

A young woman who has been screwed by every possible government authority or so called safety net.

Because I live every day not kmowing if it will be my last opportunity to ser the rexord straight I have taken the nevessary measures to ne sure that the truth will come out with or without me. There are far too many people who are being punished for the crimes of the elite; and too many powerful self rightous arrogant bastards who deserve to be held accountable for crimes against humanity.

So yes, o realize that this post may or may not ever be read or uploaded, but lucky me has had 16 years to perfect the art of creating files that only the best and the brightest can decode in the event of total and permanent disabilty or death.

Let the games begin.

My name is Elyssa, Elyssa Durant.

And despite the rumors that have been widely circulated on the internet and local "polticos" and "journos" I am very much alive and very prepared for what I believe is going to be the next round in this ridiculous "game".

Good luck, Nashville! You are on your own!

#TennesseeWaltz was nothing compared to what I uncovered, and the beauty is in the details that may have been "deleted" sealed, erased or ubpublished, but with or without me someone has to be held accountable.

But don't worry and get all freaked by a silly little blog post I am sending from a cell phone that doesn't even have a network or SIM. There ia more than enough blame to go around.

I know a conspiracy when I see it, and I can hardly wait until my pre scheduled posts hit roll out when you least expect it.

Having said that, let me go ahead and hit send. You never know when the USA is about to hit that Internet Kill Switch.

Happy Day! The taste of freedom is in the air. And If the truth shall set you free, by all means.

Fly baby fly!

Stranded in the Combat Zone

Friday night I crashed your party
Saturday I said I'm sorry
Sunday came and trashed it out again
I was only having fun
Wasn't hurting anyone
And we all enjoyed the weekend for a change

I've been stranded in the combat zone
I walked through Bedford Stuy alone
Even rode my motorcycle in the rain
And you told me not to drive
But I made it home alive
So you said that only proves that I'm insane

Well, you may be right
I may be crazy
Hey!
But it just might be a lunatic you're looking for
Turn out the light
Don't try to save me
Well you may be wrong for all I know
But you may be right

Remember how I found you there
Alone in your electric chair
I told you dirty jokes until you smiled
You were lonely for a man
I said take me as I am
'Cause you might enjoy some madness for a while

Now think of all the years you tried to
Find someone to satisfy you
I might be as crazy as you say
If I'm crazy then it's true
That it's all because of you
And you wouldn't want me any other way

But you may be right
I may be crazy
Hey!
But it just may be a lunatic you're looking for
It's too late to fight
It's too late to change me
Well you may be wrong for all I know
But you may be right

Hey!

Well you may be right
I may be crazy
Hey!
But it just may be a lunatic you're looking for
Well turn out the light
I'm gonna watch you take me
Well you may be wrong for all I know
But you may be right

Wrong but you may be right
You may be wrong but you may be right
You may be wrong but you may be right
You may be wrong but you may Hell! be right

One Last Appeal: Occupy Nashville [I don't think anyone heard my LAST appeal]

Uploaded by elyssadurant on Nov 29, 2011

Setting up livestream video so next time the world can see how the Police responded after multiple neighbors called 911 in Metro Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee.

Property Management has not even returned a single phone call and I left countless messages to follow up and report FOUR victims of separate felony assault incidents that occurred last week in Metro Nashville, TN.

Attacked twice in my apartment complex?

Police made one arrest for felony assault and released them a few hours later.

TWO of these assaults were direct threats on my life, and that resident has yet to be taken into custody.

Police told me not to leave my apartment until MDHA removes the tenant.

That does NOT relieve them of their responsibility to investigate or arrest the man who is admitted he was trying to kill me.

He missed my head by less than one foot perhaps only because the safety glass (which he shattered) slowed the trajectory.

OCCUPY!

Nashville Electric Service Turn Into Mobile Spies Tracking Mobile Communications

Nashville Electric Service selects In Motion Technology for Vehicle Tracking and Mobile Communications

0

NES now dispatches closest available crews to address outages

Vancouver, BC and Nashville, TN, September 7, 2010 – In Motion Technology, the leader in mobile networking technologies that efficiently connect and manage equipment, information and people in the field, today announced Nashville Electric Service has deployed the company’s end-to-end mobile networking and fleet management solution to improve dispatches, communications, and customer service.

“When we began our search for a new mobile communications technology, we set very demanding specifications,” said Vic Hatridge, Nashville’s Chief Information Officer. “We found the onBoard Mobile Gateway to be far superior to laptop-based devices,” said Hatridge. “Data cards are enclosed in steel and mounted in vehicles, so they are not easily broken, lost or stolen. In Motion Technology’s solution integrates seamlessly with our management and dispatch system to track vehicles, while providing high-bandwidth mobile communications over any wireless network. The solution is helping us improve operations and enhance customer service, and provides a platform on which we can deploy new applications.”

Nashville Electric Service, one of the largest publicly owned electric utilities in the nation, serves more than 357,000 residential and business customers across seven counties in north-central Tennessee. This year, the American Public Power Association awarded NES the Reliable Public Power Providers (RP3®) Diamond status, the electric industry’s highest designation for reliability, safety, workforce development and system improvement.

NES installed In Motion’s onBoard Mobile Gateways in 146 bucket trucks and supervisory vehicles. The Gateway turns vehicles into mobile hotspots, providing wireless connectivity to laptops and other devices in and around the vehicle. The Gateway can roam across wireless networks to provide the highest bandwidth and most reliable communications anywhere. It is easy to install, maintain and upgrade, and requires no user intervention.

The Gateway is GPS-enabled, allowing NES dispatchers to track all vehicles on a single screen and dispatch the closet truck to an outage or service call – a capability that will reduce response times and fuel use, while improving efficiency and customer service.

In Motion’s web-based onBoard Mobility Manager scans and analyzes information from Gateway equipped vehicles to provide NES with real time and historical information about its operations and communications. If a vehicle leaves its designated service area or exceed speed limits, dispatchers receive email alerts. NES also used the onBoard Mobility Manager to map all available wireless networks in its service area and select the one with the best coverage. In the future, NES may use the management system to monitor vehicle telemetry and other information from the field in real time.

“NES had extremely rigorous and forward-looking specifications for their new mobile communications technology, and we’re pleased to have been chosen to equip their fleet,” said Tony Morris, In Motion Technology’s VP of Sales and Marketing. “Many of the most demanding organizations in North America rely on In Motion to track, connect and manage their fleets and mobile operations, and we’re pleased to work with NES to improve operations, keep costs low and customer satisfaction high.”

Enclave: Flood victims revictimized: another Metro identity breach of citizen personal information

Flood victims revictimized: another Metro identity breach of citizen personal information

A couple of days ago local tweets started crossing my feed that some flood victims' personal information, including bank account numbers had been posted on the Metro Tax Assessor's WebPro government site. Here is the Tennessean's follow up on the story:
Three property owners had private information exposed on the county web site, according to the Assessor's office. Rooker said he was first made aware of the information being posted by the Metro Legal Department this morning. As originally reported Dozens of flood victims seeking property tax relief may have had personal documents like checks [to pay for repairs] posted for public view on the Davidson County Assessor’s web site.
This is at least the 5th data breach of Davidson County citizen information since 2007, when laptops containing personal voter information where stolen from the Metro Election Commission. A Metro computer security laptop was stolen from a car shortly after that. Another incident involving exposure of 18,000 Metro Public School students' and 6,000 parents' personal information on Google occurred last year. Earlier this year an employee with Policy Studies, Inc. was given access to private Metro child support records with information like Social Security numbers, which he promptly attempted to sell.

Government just keeps privatizing more and more of its functions involving sensitive personal information without any accountability. Worse, yet, the information keeps getting breached. This running government like a business project does not seem to be working too well, especially for average Nashvillians. In the latest case, those who have already been victimized by May flood waters were revictimized by exposure of their identities.

So.... huh... maybe I was right and this is really happening. Maybe now will give a crap but only because it is now happening too them. #disambiguation

Nashville schools offer Vanderbilt degrees for top teachers | tennessean.com | The Tennessean

-->

Teachers willing to work with some of Metro Nashville's toughest-to-reach middle schoolers for at least five years could earn free master's degrees from Vanderbilt University.

This year, the university will admit 24 teachers into a special graduate program paid for by Metro Schools but offered at a deep discount by Vanderbilt. The degree will focus on urban middle school education and require teachers to select a focus in literacy, math or science.

The goal is to increase the number of top-quality teachers in Nashville's lowest-performing schools and make Metro a more attractive place to work. It's also one more way the district is trying to engage students in learning during the critical middle school years.

"The single biggest factor of successful student learning is the classroom teacher," said Camilla Persson Benbow, dean of education and human development at Vanderbilt University's

Peabody College.

U.S. News and World Report named Peabody the No. 1 graduate school

in the nation last year.

Educators say it's hard to find high-quality middle school teachers who understand adolescents, can work with a diverse population, and have the skills to teach higher-level courses such as algebra.

Metro Schools' look at middle-school education comes as others across the nation look for similar reform at that level, realizing that it's a critical time that determines whether students will graduate.

Incentive for teachers

Veteran educator Pamela Ross, who teaches sixth grade at Wright Middle School, said the master's program shows officials are serious about trying to improve urban education.

"It's a boost for teachers, it's an incentive, and it's letting us know education is being taken seriously," she said. "That an institution such as Vanderbilt would be willing to do that is just awesome."

Applications are being accepted now, with classes slated to begin this summer and work in middle schools to begin in the fall. Teachers probably will be assigned to one of four middle schools, though Metro officials haven't settled on the number of schools or which ones they'll be.

how quickly they forget!

http://www.wkrn.com/Global/story.asps=9108181

In what Universe does this make sense...????If this policy is intended to open the door to all students, then why does the University require students to disclose their parent’s income? The last time I checked, the application to the graduate school required a financial statement of disclosure-- not just from students, there parents too. This always seemed odd, especially for graduate students over the age of 18.

If financial need is no longer a factor, then presumably the University has waived all fees associated with the application process, right? Perhaps this statement was issued in anticipation of the HUGE, HUGE, loss of the endowment fund???

I guess that makes some people believe the University is more focused on learning than with earnings, well, then...I hope you have a more convincing argument than this! Who knows, maybe they might even cut you a little slack in light of the disastrous financial disclosures. I truly hope you do call me when you launch your next “giving campaign. “ I would personally rather donate to sharks.

To say that “hard working, great kids ...who want to be at Vanderbilt," will be able to attend for free, makes you sound like an idiot. It also sounds like a public relations disaster just waiting to happen.

Now c'mon, Zeppos-- I thought you were one of the good guys? Don't be saying stupid things like that!

No wonder you guys are going broke!Originally published 2/9/09... I was making $10.46/hr at Jere Baxter. Vanderbilt sued me for $3000. I can't even afford the application fee....
