Innocence and The Law

innocenceproject.org | Nov 30th -0001

The Innocence Project represents clients seeking post-conviction DNA testing to prove their innocence. We also consult on a number of cases on appeal in which the defendant is represented by primary counsel and we provide information and background on DNA testing litigation. To learn how to submit a case to us for review, please visit the Contact Us page.

We work on cases in all 50 states of the U.S. We advise and consult with attorneys on DNA matters and we currently represent more than 200 clients.

To submit a case for review by mail, view guidelines here.

Browse friend-of-the-court (amicus) briefs filed by the Innocence Project.

Visit the Innocence Network website for more amicus briefs on wrongful conviction issues.
